From October 14th to 15th, the Gaotai County Center for Disease Control and Prevention successfully passed the on-site review of the Qualification Certification (CMA) of Drinking Water Quality Testing of Inspection and Testing Institutions, further improving the quality management and laboratory testing capabilities of the Center.
The review was composed of experts appointed by the Gansu Provincial Administration for Market Regulation, and the review experts conducted a comprehensive review and review from the aspects of organizational structure, personnel, site environment, equipment and facilities, management system, authorized signatories and other aspects according to the Administrative Measures for the Qualification Recognition of Inspection and Testing Institutions, the General Requirements for Inspection and Testing Institutions for Qualification Evaluation of Inspection and Testing Institutions (RB/T214-2017) and related system documents. In accordance with the review plan and procedures, the declared projects are evaluated item by item by means of blind sample assessment, witness test, operation demonstration, personnel comparison, sample retest, etc., and the experimental standard methods and inspection and testing capabilities are evaluated and recognized.
After the objective, impartial, scientific and meticulous on-site review of the review team and held a feedback meeting, the review team unanimously agreed that the quality management system of Gaotai County CDC is operating effectively, and the technical capabilities of testing personnel, instruments and equipment, testing environment, testing methods and other technical capabilities meet the relevant requirements, and have the testing capabilities of the declared projects, and agree to recommend the approval of drinking water quality testing projects: tribromodane, dichloromonobromomethane, chlorodibromomethene, trihalomethane, dichloroacetic acid, trichloroacetic acid, etc. At the same time, rectification requirements and suggestions were put forward for the problems found in the on-site review.
In the next step, the county CDC will take this review work as an opportunity to continue to strengthen the construction of the quality management system, continuously improve the inspection and testing capabilities, always adhere to the quality policy of "fairness, integrity, rigor and accuracy", and adhere to the quality management work.
