On January 24, the Ningwu County Center for Disease Control and Prevention (Ningwu County Health Supervision Institute) held an unveiling ceremony. During the event, the person in charge of the county organization office read out the notice on printing and distributing the reform plan of the disease control institutions in Ningwu County issued by the establishment committee of the county party committee, and the person in charge of the county health bureau announced the relevant matters related to the reform of the disease control institutions.
The newly established Ningwu County Center for Disease Control and Prevention integrates the responsibilities of the former Ningwu County Center for Disease Control and Prevention and the former Ningwu County Health Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Team, and adds the brand of Ningwu County Health Supervision Institute. Wang Qiang pointed out that the county CDC should continue to focus on the central task of high-quality development of disease prevention and control, strengthen the core functions of disease control institutions such as monitoring and early warning, emergency response, testing and inspection, publicity and education, supervision and law enforcement, strengthen the construction of talent teams, comprehensively improve professional capabilities, and form a working situation with a sound system, smooth mechanism, clear rights and responsibilities, perfect functions, efficient operation, coordination and linkage, and strong guarantees. The leadership team of the county CDC should strengthen the construction of the cadre team, actively discover, train and select outstanding professional backbones, carefully build a high-quality professional team, and ensure that the ideology is not scattered, the order is not chaotic, and the work is continuous during the institutional reform, so that the disease control work in Ningwu under the new situation can reach a new level.
