There is no harm without contrast. Compared with the cost performance of China's high-speed rail, Japan is a god assist, and if India and Southeast Asian countries build high-speed rail, Japan is estimated to be out of play.

Therefore, some people in Japan have thrown out a crazy proposal in the Japanese media: let the Chinese be in charge of the construction, while the Japanese retain the right to purchase equipment, and subcontract the Indian Meng Yai high-speed railway to Chinese to do it?

However, 100% of the unfinished projects are out of money, and whoever picks up is unlucky, and the advance is even more unreliable.

Making money in India is Indian flowers, and they want to take it home. Vodafone, Ford, Xiaomi, Samsung... Which multinational company is not punished, tearfully withdraws or struggles to support, a country with no credit, India that mess or forget it? India's lack of integrity is a long dependent, lending to it to build high-speed railways, will be subject to various reasons to rely on the balance of the payment, refuse to repay the loan, such as Tata Group's loan to the Bank of China can not be recovered! So definitely don't cooperate with India.

If the Japanese can really throw this stall to the Chinese construction team, the Meng Ai high-speed railway may really be able to open on time or even ahead of schedule.

However, India and Vietnam have both been at war with China and now have territorial disputes. If you give Vietnam and India infrastructure, you are helping them develop their economy.

In fact, if Japan can join hands with us and win the Southeast Asian high-speed rail, it will not only be a win-win, but a real win-win.
