This year's event is hosted by the International Wushu Federation and the Chinese Wushu Association, and organized by the Sichuan Sports Bureau, the Sichuan Wushu Association and the Leshan Municipal People's Government, which is also the third time that Emeishan City has held the event after successfully hosting the 7th and 8th World Traditional Wushu Championships in 2017 and 2019.
