🍳Method.
1. First of all, put the sauce base: put the minced green onion and garlic into a bowl, add 1 spoonful of bean paste, 3 spoons of umami soy sauce, 1/2-1 spoon of vinegar, half a spoonful of cooking wine, a little salt, a little sugar, an appropriate amount of starch, add the same amount of water as the sauce (1:1) and set aside.
