raw material

1 tablespoon flaxseed

3 tablespoons water

3/4 cup flour (try gluten-free flour)

1/4 cup cocoa powder

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

3 tbsp coconut sugar (also available as commonly available sugar)

1/2 cup soy milk

3 Tablespoons coconut oil melted

1 teaspoon vanilla

chocolate

1/2 cup icing sugar sifted

2 Tablespoons cocoa powder sifted

1/8 teaspoon vanilla

2 Tablespoons soy milk warm

instructions

Preheat oven to 190°C.

Oil your donut pan (if needed).

Prepare your flax mixture by stirring the ground flaxseed with water, setting it aside to thicken.

In a large bowl, stir the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt and coconut sugar.

In a small bowl, mix together the milk, melted coconut oil, vanilla and flax mixture.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well to mix.

Using a pipe bag, the mixture is piped into each cavity of the donut pan and baked for 10 minutes.

Remove from the oven, let the pan sit for a few minutes, and then remove the donuts.

Remove the donuts from the pan and place them on the cooling rack.

When the donuts cool, glaze

Place the powdered sugar in a small bowl and add the warm milk and vanilla. (If chocolate glaze is made, cocoa powder should also be added)

Mix until everything is mixed into a liquid glaze. (If the glaze is too thick, add a little more milk)

After the donuts have cooled completely (not for long!) ), immerse the top of each donut into the glaze. Repeat all the donuts.

Place the donuts back on the cooling rack to allow excess glaze to drip and harden the glaze. (Put a piece of parchment under the shelf to prevent it from dripping!) )
