27 examples of N-M1819 Lu surname, Shi surname and other surnames from Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai were selected to refine the Y lineage.
The results showed that all samples of lu surname N-M1819 belonged to a branch with a common ancestor in 2020, namely MF14134. According to the samples tested, the branch was first differentiated before about 2020 and divided into three forks, after which the larger MF14394 differentiated into 6 branches before about 1620, which belonged to the more significant cluster differentiation.
It is worth noting that the 5 samples of Shi surname detected belong to the downstream of MF14394, MF15805, MF14623, and the detected MF14623 is divided into 6 parallel branches, which also show obvious cluster-like features, which are co-ancestral about 800 years ago, mainly concentrated in Chongming in Shanghai and Haimen, Qidong and other places in Jiangsu.

Based on the results of the Y-full-order refinement, we determined that MF14134 is a family with a history of about 2020 concentrated in the Yangtze River Delta region. The proportion of Lu surnames and Shi surnames under this branch is relatively high, but the different Lu surnames have been separated from each other for a long time, most of them have been separated for nearly two thousand years, and the Shi surnames have been separated from each other for up to 800 years, all of which belong to the downstream of MF14623, and the Shi surnames are concentrated in Chongming, Haimen and Qidong. Based on this, we speculate that MF14134 may correspond to a 2000-year-old Lu family, which may be the Lu clan of Wu County because it is concentrated in Suzhou, Wuxi, Shanghai, and Jiaxing; the downstream MF14623 corresponds to the 800-year-old Chongming Shi family.
According to the Y full sequence results and chip results, the branch is about 1.5%-2.0% in Suzhou, Wuxi and Shanghai. Due to the pull of the downstream MF14623 Shi family, this branch can reach about 3% in the Nantong area (the Shi family is particularly concentrated in Qidong and Haimen). MF14134 accounts for about 0.13% of men in the country.
