After Bao Yugang learned of this phenomenon, he decided to donate 10 million US dollars to the state and let the state build a model hotel. He had no other requirements, only hoped that the hotel could be named after his father, because Bao Yugang's father, Bao Zhaolong, was already more than eighty years old at that time, and his only wish was to serve the motherland.

However, even if Bao Yugang made it clear that this money was donated to the state free of charge, the leading cadres did not dare to accept the money casually. Liao Chengzhi was very excited when he learned of this incident, and he realized that Bao Yugang had never forgotten his motherland, and after returning to the embrace of the motherland, he threw himself into the cause of building the motherland, and donated ten million US dollars for the construction of the motherland.
