The Shangluo Municipal People's Procuratorate indicted and alleged that defendant Wang Xiaoming, while serving as mayor of Hancheng City in Shaanxi Province, secretary of the Hancheng City CPC Committee, director of the Organization Department of the Weinan Municipal CPC Committee, deputy secretary of the Weinan Municipal CPC Committee, secretary and director of the party leading group of the Shaanxi Provincial Civil Air Defense Office, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress, chairman of the Internal and Judicial Affairs Committee of the Provincial People's Congress, and other positions, took advantage of his position to seek benefits for 66 people, including Feng X, in the areas of civil air defense project construction, equipment procurement, enterprise operation, cadre promotion, and post adjustment.
