According to the Shaanxi Provincial Discipline Inspection Commission,with the approval of the Shaanxi Provincial CPC Committee, the Shaanxi Provincial Discipline Inspection Commission supervision commission recently filed a case to examine and investigate Wang Xiaoming, member of the Standing Committee of the Shaanxi Provincial People's Congress and former director of the Provincial Civil Air Defense Office, for serious violations of discipline and the law.
After investigation, Wang Xiaoming seriously violated political discipline and resisted organizational review; violated the spirit of the eight provisions of the central authorities and accepted travel arrangements that might affect the fair performance of official duties; violated organizational discipline, did not report personal matters in accordance with regulations, and used his authority to seek benefits for others in the areas of job promotion, post adjustment, and staff recruitment; violated honest discipline, accepted gifts that might affect the fair performance of official duties, and engaged in profit-making activities in violation of regulations; violated work discipline and bore the main leadership responsibility for the construction of illegal investment projects by the Provincial People's Air Defense Office Violating national laws and regulations and suspected of accepting bribes.
As a leading cadre with party membership, Wang Xiaoming has betrayed his original mission, lost his ideals and convictions, and was disloyal and dishonest to the party; without any party spirit, principle, and organizational concept, he has turned what should have been a clean and refreshing comradely relationship and a well-behaved relationship between superiors and subordinates into a vulgar relationship of private feelings and money; he has used the power of organization and personnel to engage in power and money transactions, thus seriously undermining the political ecology of the areas where he works; he does not know reverence, does not abide by the bottom line, colludes with lawless businessmen, and reduces public power to a tool for seeking private interests. The amount of bribes accepted on a large scale, which is particularly huge, and which is not restrained or accepted after the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, is serious in nature and the circumstances are heinous, and should be dealt with severely. In accordance with the "Regulations on Disciplinary Punishment of the Communist Party of China," the "Supervision Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Law of the People's Republic of China on The Law on The Punishment of Public Employees in Government Affairs," and other relevant provisions, upon study by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Discipline Inspection Commission and reported to the provincial party committee for approval, it was decided to give Wang Xiaoming the punishment of expulsion from the party; the provincial supervision commission should give him the punishment of dismissal from public office; confiscate the proceeds of his violation of discipline and law; and transfer his suspected crimes to the procuratorial organs for examination and prosecution according to law, and the property involved was transferred with the case.

Wang Xiaoming, male, Han ethnicity, born in February 1959, from Xi'an, Shaanxi, began working in May 1978, joined the Communist Party of China in September 1988, university education.
From May 1978 to August 1990, he successively served as a teacher at Mutazhai Primary School in Yanta District, Xi'an, a teacher at Xi'an No. 14 Middle School, and an officer of the Labor Bureau of Yanta District;
From August 1990 to October 1999, he successively served as deputy director of the Labor Bureau of Yanta District, secretary of the Party Committee of the Gangpo Street Office, deputy director of the Organization Department of the District Committee, director of the District Personnel Bureau, director of the Compilation Office, and deputy district chief;
From October 1999 to September 2000, he served as deputy secretary and mayor of Hancheng City CPC Committee.
From September 2000 to December 2004, he served as the secretary of the Hancheng City Cpc Committee;
From December 2004 to February 2013, he successively served as a member of the Standing Committee of the Weinan Municipal Party Committee, director of the Organization Department, deputy secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, director of the Organization Department, deputy secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, and president of the Party School of the Municipal Party Committee.
From February 2013 to December 2017, he served as the secretary and director of the party group of the Provincial People's Air Defense Office;
From December 2017 to January 2018, he served as the director of the Provincial Civil Air Defense Office;
From January 2018 to March 2018, he served as the director of the Provincial People's Air Defense Office, a member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress, and a chairman of the Internal and Judicial Affairs Committee of the Provincial People's Congress;
From March 2018 to January 2019, he served as a member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress and chairman of the Internal and Judicial Affairs Committee of the Provincial People's Congress;
From January 2019 to June 2020, he was a member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress.
