The "Notice" requires that all townships (streets) should fully implement the "approval of drawings" for the construction of farmhouses, strictly examine whether the design plan meets the requirements of the building façade atlas, do not apply for relevant planning permits if they do not meet the requirements, and those that meet the requirements are clarified in the relevant planning permits, and the drawings are approved and archived, and at the same time, the "one map" of quality and safety common sense is issued to the applicant for building.
The relevant departments directly under the municipal government should, in accordance with the requirements of "provincial guidance, city and county leadership, township and town responsibility, village-level main body, and villagers' participation", further improve and perfect the long-term supervision mechanism for rural homesteads and villagers' housing construction, implement the guarantee of peasants' housing construction land and rural construction planning permits, standardize the examination and approval of homesteads, guide towns to complete the standardized construction of "one window and one set of mechanisms" for rural housing construction approval, and implement 100% of the review of farm house construction in the examination and approval process; supervise and guide all towns to strengthen post-approval supervision of farm house construction.
