The reporter learned from the office of the joint headquarters for the prevention and control of the new crown pneumonia epidemic in Anyang City, Henan Province, that in view of the current complex and severe epidemic prevention and control situation in Anyang City, in order to thoroughly check the potential population infection, after the study of the Joint Command for the Prevention and Control of the New Crown Pneumonia Epidemic in Anyang City, it was decided to continue to carry out the eighth and ninth rounds of nucleic acid testing for all employees in the city, and the notice is as follows:

1. Sampling time

Round 8: On January 20, the sampling work will be fully started at 7:00 and the sampling work will be completed at 12:00.

Round 9: Sampling will begin at 7:00 on January 21 and complete at 12:00.

2. Sampling location

The sampling point is divided into fixed sampling points and mobile sampling points, and residents are invited to participate in sampling at the sampling point of residence in principle in accordance with the organizational arrangements of the village (community) and group staff, and can be sampled at the working place after reporting to the community under special circumstances.

Third, the detection object

All residents in Anyang (including local permanent residents, temporary residents, temporary floating populations, foreign populations, etc.). In principle, residents should participate in sampling according to their permanent residence, and for non-special reasons, they must not carry out sampling and inspection across development zones or county (city, district) areas, and can take samples at the working place after reporting to the community under special circumstances.

4. Special Notice

(1) For residents who do not participate in the nucleic acid testing of all employees, the health code is marked as a yellow code, and at the same time, in accordance with the "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases" and other relevant provisions, bear the corresponding legal responsibility.

(2) During the sampling and testing period, the staff of the "knocking action" and "sweeping action" work in each county (city, district) will enter the household for sampling and testing, and ask the majority of residents to actively cooperate.

5. Relevant requirements

(1) Residents are invited to actively cooperate with the staff of each sampling point to do a good job of sample collection, and the public security organs will strictly pursue legal responsibility for those who refuse to cooperate, do not support nucleic acid testing work, disrupt order, conceal, lie, or falsify information.

(2) Residents are requested to carry valid documents such as ID cards and foreign identity certificates in accordance with the arrangements of the village (community) organization, and go to the designated sampling points in an orderly manner at different times to ensure that one household and one person are not missed.

(3) Residents are invited to do a good job of personal protection during the sampling period, wear masks throughout the process, take the initiative to accept body temperature checks, and maintain a distance of more than one meter, avoid gathering and talking to each other, and effectively prevent cross-infection.

(4) Due to the recent cold weather, the weather forecast has rain and snow weather, please bring rain gear, add clothes to keep warm, pay attention to anti-slip, and take good care of the elderly, women and children.
