I was lucky enough to drink it once at a relative's house!! Almost overdrinking...
Relatives planted a lot of 🥝 kiwi ~
If you can't finish eating, I'm afraid that it's broken, and I'll take it to make kiwi wine!!
I went to her house yesterday as a guest and 😱 was amazed when I tasted it!
The wine aroma is so rich! Mixed with sweet and sour fruity aroma, fresh and natural!
I really didn't expect kiwi wine to be so delicious!!
I quickly asked the method and went home to arrange it!!

🌈 Preparation: Kiwi fruit, sugar, grain wine, sealed jar
🌈 Ratio: Kiwi: Wine: Sugar = 1:1:0.6
🌈Steps:
▪️ The sealed jar is washed in advance, disinfected, dried and set aside
▪️ Peel and slice the kiwi fruit, spread it in a sealed jar, and spread another layer of sugar until it is 9 minutes full
▪️ Pour in grain and wine, cover and seal, and store for one month away from light
⚠️Note:
▪️ Sealed jars are recommended with glass! Eliminate and dry before use!
▪️ Kiwi can choose a hard one, not only good peeling, but also sour taste just to neutralize the sweetness of sugar;
▪️ The thickness of the kiwi cut can be determined according to the time of soaking, and you can cut a little larger pieces if you want to soak for a long time (the longer the time, the alcohol content will decrease)
▪️ Yellow/white sugar is fine, I used brown sugar this time, the sweetness is higher than white sugar! In addition, it is recommended to use small grains of sugar, which is more space-saving than large grains~
▪️ Grain wine can choose the kind dedicated to sparkling fruit wine, and the brewed wine has a mellow taste!
▪️ You can taste it after storing it in the dark for about 1 week, but it will taste better in 3 months!
