Do the little people in the world of Star Wars die to find the truth, or do they live in a coma for decades?

author:Play Gathering Circles

This time I wrote something special and unpopular in the Star Wars world.

Colorful clones

In the Star Wars series, the clone troops on the side of the Galactic Republic during the "Clone Wars" period were set as excellent fighters during the prequel film period, with a single personality and few personalities, most of which only had production numbers. But after more than ten years of re-creation, especially the continuous rendering in the "Clone Wars" animation, many flesh-and-blood characters have appeared, and almost every clone with his own nickname has his own personality characteristics.

In the 501st Regiment, the direct unit of Anakin Skywalker alone, there are a large number of clones with legendary experiences: Captain Rex, who helped Ahsoka escape under Order 66 and was active until the rebel period, Little Five, who was killed in advance when Order 66 was discovered, was captured by the separatist forces and transformed into a cyborg, rescued and joined Unit 99 to become an echo of the bounty hunter after the war.

Some passer-by clones that appear in the animation have actually participated in many important events, but it is difficult to string them together, such as the clone soldiers of the 501st regiment that I want to mention today: Tup, Dogma, and Kix.

In fact, I brought them out because I had exactly their 1/6 scale action figures on hand, and they were all repainted or fully customized from the craftsman. But these 3 are also a legend of the top, and they can be called a certain first, or a certain best.

hammerhead

The clone number CT-5385 Hammerhead may have been a recruit who joined the 501st Regiment just before the Battle of Ambala. During the battle, Jedi Master Krell took over Anakin's temporary command of the 501st Regiment, and Krel, feeling the destruction of the Jedi, wanted to join the separatist forces and the Sith by sacrificing the 501st Regiment. After losing a large number of comrades, Rex and Dogma, as well as Little Five, Tyrant, Jesse and others joined forces to launch a mutiny, and Hammerhead designed to capture Krel.

Then, near the end of the Clone Wars, the hidden biochip in Hammer's mind has become pathological, and Order 66 to slaughter the Jedi is activated early, causing him to kill Jedi Master Tiplar - arguably the first clone to be activated by Order 66. Hammerhead was later arrested and sent to the Camino for therapeutic research, where he died after surgery to remove the lesion chip. The record of the hammerhead incident was obtained by Ahsoka, who helped Rex get out of the chip control during the execution of Order 66.

The clone armor of the hammer head is very simple, the armor of the torso part and thigh is basically white, the arms, calves, and shoes are painted with blue strips of the same color of 501 regiments, and there is a blue teardrop pattern under the shoulder armor on both sides and the left eye of the helmet, which is the same as a small tattoo under the hammer's own left eye.

Sideshow and HotToys, who have produced 1/6 scale clone dolls, have not made hammerhead dolls, but some time ago I found a handmade god who can repaint clone armor. So he took a set of dismantled Sideshow clone white armor and HotToys' 501 regiment doll helmet and repainted a hammer head.

I have to say that the god craftsmanship is awesome, and HotToys' relatively small helmet and Sideshow's slender clone armor are paired just right, and they look very comfortable. However, in order to match it perfectly, I did not replace the body, which is soft, flexible but lacks support, and must rely on the brace to stand.

doctrinaire

The dogmatic nickname is an accurate description of the character of the clone CT-6922, who is an extremely loyal soldier who never questions or disobeys orders from his superiors, but only strictly carries them out. And his most special thing is a very special act of rebellion.

During the Battle of Ambala, Dogma continued to faithfully carry out orders after Krel took over the 501st Regiment. Even though Krel had revealed his intention to defect, the dogma regarded the actions of Rex, Hammerhead, and others as mutiny.

In the end, Dogma discovers that Krel is the real traitor and that he is turned his back on him. Confused, angry dogma shot the captured Krell and was detained for it, never to be seen since.

Dogma is supposed to be the first clone to kill the Jedi (the hammerhead is probably the second), and probably the only clone to kill the Jedi without being controlled by Order 66.

Compared to the hammerhead, the dogmatic armor pattern is much richer. Armor , calf armor and hammer head are similar in blue strip pattern, and this paint is also applied to shoulder and thigh nails. The breastplate has a large blue inverted three-character block, a blue V pattern in the center of the helmet (from a tattoo on the dogmatic face), and a small red triangle in the center.

Dogma has never produced a 1/6 scale puppet, and this time I also asked the Craftsman to repaint a set with Sideshow's clone armor.

Compared to HotToys, Sideshow's clone helmet is slightly larger, and the dogma set is slightly inferior, and I knew I should still use HotToys' helmet.

Kiks

Kidx, who clone CT-6116, was a medic of the 501st Regiment, and Jesse, who was a good friend during the Clone Wars and later rose to the rank of ARC and Unit 332 officer. HotToys' Jesse doll has already been ordered and is slowly waiting to be shipped.

What's special about Kix is that he is officially the last clone. At the time of the Hammerhead incident, Kix, as a military doctor, accompanied Hammerhead. After Hammerhead's death, Kiss has been secretly investigating and discovering the truth about the control chip. Prior to the report's discovery, the Duku separatist forces had abducted Kiks.

Originally, Kix would have been transported to torture if more people knew the secret of the chip, but the ship transported was wrecked in a hyperspace jump and crashed into an unknown area. The hibernating Kix spent 50 years in a static state, and in the postquel period, he was discovered by the "Blood Red Corsair" Sidon Isano (who appeared in the postquel movie). Waking up, Kix breaks free from his original missions and shackles and joins Isano's team as they explore the galaxy and discover new treasures.

Kix's armor is also blue and white, with blue patterns dominated by diagonal stripes, the most prominent feature being a red medic's logo on the left shoulder armor.

Kix's puppet armor was not a repainting of a finished product, but a 3D printed piece from another craftsman, painted and added to the body of a small factory, which was given to me by a friend. So it is a complete finished product, lacking the joy of armor piercing. In addition, compared to the relatively slender armor of Sideshow, this version of the 3D printed part is slightly stronger, but it is also good.

End

I actually missed most of Sideshow's #Star Wars #Clone dolls before, and HotToys has done relatively little, although some have recently come out, but with the current product line and user base, it is impossible to produce too many clones.

These legendary and passer-by clones, like the now hit "Amdo", are both small people in the grand background and completely fictional characters, I want to feel the helplessness of ordinary people in the big time from them, but in fact, they are just delusions.
