A psychic medium has made the extraordinary claim that Princess Charlotte's bedroom at Adelaide Cottage is most likely "haunted".
Not only did Jasmine Anderson claim that Windsor Cottage was the home of souls, but the young royal was also protected by her late grandmother, Princess Diana. In an interview with the Daily Star, she said Diana was protecting Charlotte because of some worrying movements that had occurred in her room at home and "someone saw it."
Jasmine said: "Diana is very protective of the children, including her grandchildren, especially Charlotte. Protection is needed there. It has to do with the rooms in the house - I think it might be haunted. She added: "I saw something in the nursery and that's what I got. ”
However, while Charlotte is said to have received help from Diana, Jasmine also said she believed the princess might have a "psychic talent."
She explains: "It could be Charlotte has a psychic talent and she's a bit protected in that regard. ”
Speaking about Wales' new home in Windsor, Jasmine said: "They were out of luck there. "There's a lot of chaos there, and I think they're going to go somewhere smoother and calmer. I think it will happen. ”
Adelaide Cottage has a long history of royal use. It was built in 1831 as the home of the wife of Queen William IV of Adelaide – hence the name.
Princess Margaret's former lover, Peter Townsend, also used it in the 1950s. Due to Townsend's divorced status, the late queen's sister could not marry him.
It is now home to William and Kate, who previously moved to Windsor from their previous home at Kensington Palace 1A.
The move has been described as "unprecedented" after the couple just completed a £12 million refurbishment and caused an uproar among royal experts. Royal experts Roberta Fiorito and Rachel Bowie, speaking on the Royal Obsession podcast, said the move had caused controversy due to the large amount of money spent on renovating Kensington Palace.
They said: "There was a lot of commotion because Robert Jobs said the Welshmen had made £12 million renovations to Kensington Palace 1A to make it family-oriented and suitable for them and their children to live in. The promise is that they will be there for a long time.
