In the past three years, Chinese-Hungarian friends have successfully produced a variety of mooncakes such as Cantonese, Su-style, ice skin, and Sino-Hungarian fusion. In the exchange of gastronomic skills, more and more Hungarians taste different flavors from the north and south of China, feel the intimate charm of traditional China and fashion China, and personally create a wonderful experience of the fusion and collision of the two cultures.
Different from previous years, some of the participants in this year's activities came from the Internet, and the center selected some fans to participate in the mooncake making through self-media online interaction. The move caused a sensation on the Internet and attracted a large number of fans to pay attention to the central dynamics. In order to reflect the theme of family reunion during the Mid-Autumn Festival, event participants can invite 2-3 relatives and friends to experience the process of mooncake making. In order to increase the fun and affinity of the activity, a total of 7 kinds of fillings were prepared on the spot, including traditional Chinese flavors such as walnuts, red bean paste and five kernels, as well as traditional Hungarian fillings such as almond puree, which are "grounded", as well as cream and chocolate fillings loved by young people, and everyone can find a taste that they like.

At the end of the event, the judges selected the "Best Production of the Year Award" according to the shape, size, completion, taste and other criteria of each team's mooncakes, and awarded the participants with the "Mooncake Making Skills Certificate". Everyone happily shared the different flavors of mooncakes they had made, as well as traditional Chinese dim sum such as beef tongue cake, egg yolk crisp, and sachima, and Jiangnan seasonal delicacies such as osmanthus glutinous rice sugar lotus.

In order to show the Hungarian people the customs and culture of the traditional Chinese festival "Mid-Autumn Festival" and create an atmosphere of cultural exchange with mutual learning among civilizations and people-to-people ties, the Center regularly launches this brand activity every year under the deployment of the International Exchange and Cooperation Bureau of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. This year, Wang Zheng, Counsellor of the Culture and Education Department of the Chinese Embassy in Hungary, also specially recorded a video of the Mid-Autumn Festival speech for the event, wishing Chinese and Hungarian friends a happy Mid-Autumn Festival.
