Spicy food is the least favorite of foreigners in my experience, I have never seen any non-Chinese like it, there may be some countries that prefer spicy food but I have not touched it. I'm speaking from the normal food type, excluding exotic foods like fried scorpions. Even in South America, the birthplace of chili peppers, foods that are deliberately marked as "spicy", or whose waiters specifically remind you that the dish is "spicy", are only symbolically sprinkled with a pinch of red pepper noodles as a garnish, which can slightly taste the spicy taste, and even I, who do not eat spicy, can accept it.
