On June 30, the Chinese Embassy in Mongolia issued an urgent reminder saying that the message "From July 1, 2022, all personnel from Mongolia to China will no longer be quarantined" forwarded on Facebook and other media today is false news. Instructions for those travelling to China from Vietnam to apply for a health code
On June 30, the Chinese Embassy in Vietnam announced:
First, the general requirements
In order to prevent and control the new crown pneumonia epidemic and ensure the orderly and safe movement of people across borders, the Chinese Embassy and Consulates in Vietnam will adjust the time limit for nucleic acid testing of the new crown virus before the departure of people flying from Vietnam to China to 48 hours and 24 hours before boarding. All personnel traveling to China apply for a green health code from the Chinese Embassy or Consulates in Vietnam with a negative report on the basis of a negative test of "double nucleic acid". The relevant measures are arranged in accordance with the principles of scientific precision, flexibility and convenience, according to the characteristics of the epidemic situation and virus mutations, and will be dynamically adjusted according to the epidemic situation and import situation.
2. Basic materials for health code application
(1) Negative certificate of "double nucleic acid" + certificate of COVID-19 vaccination (if any);
Persons originating from Vietnam must complete two nucleic acid tests at different testing institutions in the same consular area (legal testing institutions recognized by the Ministry of Health of Viet Nam) within 48 hours before boarding, with two tests at intervals of more than 24 hours and the second sampling within 24 hours before boarding. 3. Application requirements for persons with a history of previous infections
Persons who have been diagnosed with COVID-19 or who have tested positive for nucleic acid are considered to have a history of previous infection. If such personnel need to go to China, please first conduct two nucleic acid tests with an interval of more than 24 hours, and then carry out 14 days of health monitoring after the results are negative, and if there is no abnormality during the period, apply for a health code with the "double nucleic acid" test negative certificate and other materials before boarding.

5. How to apply for a health code
(1) Chinese citizens should, after obtaining a negative report on the "double nucleic acid" test, visit the WeChat Mini Program or website https://hrhk.cs.mfa.gov.cn/H5/ of the international version of the Chinese citizens' epidemic prevention health code, select the consular district where the testing institution is located after registration and login, declare their personal circumstances and upload the "double nucleic acid" negative test report and other materials. After being reviewed and approved by the Chinese Embassy and Consulates in Vietnam, the parties concerned can obtain a green health code with the "HS" logo.
(2) After obtaining the "double nucleic acid" negative test report, foreign citizens should visit the website https://hrhk.cs.mfa.gov.cn/H5/, select the consular district where the testing institution is located after registration and login, declare personal information and upload the "double nucleic acid" negative test report and other materials. After being reviewed and approved by the Chinese Embassy and Consulates in Vietnam, the parties concerned can obtain a green health code with the "HDC" logo.
6. Special reminder
(1) At present, there are no testing agencies in the transit areas of Vietnam's airports, so please carefully arrange the transit itinerary in Vietnam for personnel going to China, and hold a visa of the type that matches the purpose of the visit when entering Vietnam. After the pre-departure test, it is necessary to strengthen the pre-departure self-health monitoring, reduce unnecessary outings, do a good job of personal protection, strictly prevent the risk of infection after the test and during travel, and avoid the occurrence of obstacles to boarding and transit stranding due to infection.
(2) The above self-declaration content (such as: previous infection history, close contact history with confirmed patients or asymptomatic infected persons, etc.) must be truthfully filled in. Those who fail to declare as required and cause the risk or serious consequences of the spread of the epidemic after going to China may be investigated for corresponding legal responsibility in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases, the Criminal Law and other relevant provisions.
(3) The applicant is requested to submit the health code application as soon as possible after obtaining the report, fill in the information correctly and complete the upload materials according to the above announcement. The Chinese Embassy and Consulates in Vietnam arrange special personnel to carry out health code review every day, including weekends and holidays, and the applicant will generally obtain the health code within 12 hours after successful upload, without repeated reminders by phone or email, so as not to occupy work resources, interfere with the progress of the review, and ultimately affect the itinerary of himself or others.
Updated requirements for applying for a health code/health declaration QR code
On June 30, the Chinese Embassy in Ireland released the news that according to the latest domestic epidemic prevention and control arrangements, the application requirements for the health code of Chinese passengers and the QR code of the health declaration form for foreign passengers (hereinafter collectively referred to as the health code) are updated as follows, and will be implemented from now on:

Within 48 hours and 24 hours before the flight departure, the nucleic acid test for the new crown virus was completed at two different testing institutions in Ireland (excluding Northern Ireland), respectively, with an interval of more than 24 hours. "xx hours before flight departure" is strictly calculated by the hour, for example, if the flight departure time is 19:00 on July 25, then the 48 hours before the flight departure is 19:00 on July 23.

2. Testing institutions
Our library does not designate testing institutions, and accepts nucleic acid test reports issued by qualified hospitals and other testing institutions in Ireland.
3. Transit back to China/To China
Please conduct nucleic acid testing at the place of origin (Ireland) and transit (the place of departure of direct flights to China) and apply for health codes separately. For nucleic acid testing and health code application requirements at the transit location, please check the official website of the Chinese Embassy or Consulates in your local area or the WeChat public account.
4. Persons with a history of infection apply for a health code
A history of infection refers to: any of the nucleic acid, IgM antibody, and IgG antibody test results that have been diagnosed with covid-19 or have not been diagnosed (except for positive IgM and IgG antibodies caused by covid-19 vaccination).
If the above-mentioned person has been cured for more than 14 days before boarding, please apply for a health code according to the requirements of the first article above. If the recovery is less than 14 days, the health code must be applied for after 14 days in accordance with the requirements of the first article above.
5. Close contacts and persons with suspected symptoms apply for a health code
Close contact refers to having close contact with a person who has tested positive for nucleic acid in the past 14 days.
Persons with suspected symptoms refer to those who have suspected symptoms such as fever, cough and diarrhea in the past 14 days, or who have been denied boarding by the airline due to higher body temperature and suspected symptoms.
The above-mentioned personnel should conduct self-health monitoring for 5 days from the date of discovery of close contact or suspected symptoms, and if there is no abnormal condition in the body during the period, after the expiration of the 5-day monitoring period, they can apply for a health code according to the requirements of the first article above.
6. Important reminders
1. Review time: Our auditors are aware of the passenger's flight departure time and will review it as soon as possible after receiving the application, including weekends and holidays. Please upload the nucleic acid test report in time without calling to urge it, so as not to affect the efficiency of the audit.
2. Accurate declaration: After obtaining the nucleic acid test certificate, please be sure to check whether the personal information is correct, and the test report must show at least the individual's name, date of birth, sampling time, test results and testing agency information.
3. Truthful declaration: In order to protect the health of you and other passengers, please declare truthfully. If it is found that there is fraud or concealment, our museum will notify the relevant domestic departments to seriously pursue responsibility.
