More than three times! I always thought of Artemisia annua as a leafy green vegetable, not a high-liter sugar food; steaming vegetables need to be mixed with flour, I use pure whole wheat flour, and the whole wheat flour added to the half pot of vegetables is less than 200 grams; other ingredients are added with salt, allspice and garlic foam. I only ate 1/4 of half a pot of vegetables, of which the amount of whole wheat flour was less than 50 grams. I also ate some cucumbers while eating.
