Justice Chapter: Chen Mucheng's Insight "Pearl."

Chen Mucheng's insight into the "pearl"

Speaking of Chao opera actor Fan Zehua, I believe that many fans will associate her with the Chao opera "Liu Mingzhu". This Chao opera work, which was born in the 1960s and became popular in the 1970s, almost condensed all of Fan Zehua's artistic accumulation. The protagonist of the play, Liu Mingzhu,' smile, a song and a thought, and the joys and sorrows between his hands and feet, all make the fans of Chao opera intoxicated and addictive.

In fact, Fan Zehua was not originally from an acting family, she was born in an ordinary family in a small village in Hongyang, Puning. If it were not for Chen Mucheng, the later head of the Shantou Yili Chao Troupe, who insisted on convincing Fan Zehua's parents to let Fan Zehua embark on the road of acting, perhaps there would be no popular Chao opera "Liu Mingzhu" that we see today. What we are telling here is the story of Chen Mucheng, the head of the Chao Opera troupe, who has a wise eye for the "pearl".

In Fan Zehua's hometown of Puning Hongyang Xin'an Village, people there love to listen to Chao opera, usually everyone will get together, and also like to sing a cappella. Fan Zehua heard about it when she was a child, coupled with her family's proximity to the theater, the string drums fell together, making her deeply fascinated by chao opera. Many times, she uses the dime or two she earns from her usual hook flowers to watch some teochew drama clips. Later, an amateur drama club was set up in the village, and Fan Zehua was selected to join the club, a seemingly ordinary act that inadvertently affected her later growth. In the rural drama club, Fan Zehua was unrestrained, bold and bold, singing loud and sweet, and was unanimously praised by the elders. As a result, Fan Zehua quietly came up with a bolder idea. Later, she also went to the Shantou Drama Troupe with a few girls from the neighbor's family to apply for the actor's examination, but the family found out and was brought back.

In the summer of 1953, the Shantou Yilichao Opera Troupe came to Fan Zehua's hometown to perform. Fan Zehua came to the Chao Opera Troupe again to ask for an exam to join the troupe, and this time, she registered with two girls from the neighbor's house. Teacher Huang Okra, the teacher of the troupe, looked at Fan Zehua's beautiful and cheerful and generous handsome appearance at a glance. Teacher Huang came up with the test question on the spot: the singing section in the Chao opera "Mei Ting Xue": "The wind and cypress pine sound nong's heart is anxious, and the sad people are lonely and bored." It's freezing cold, and snowflakes are fluttering...".

Fan Zehua opened his mouth and came, his voice was gentle and his tone was rounded. Even the actors of the troupe stopped to watch: "This girl is born a good seedling." ”

After a few days, the troupe officially informed Fan Zehua that he had been admitted, and told him that after the performance, he would go with the troupe.

As soon as Fan Zehua's mother heard it, she objected. She believes that the drama class is still like before liberation, the drama is not free, scolding Mr. Yu, the income is not the same, and it is a life that is inferior to cattle and horses. Chen Mucheng, the head of the regiment, heard the news and personally went to the door to do the work.

Chen Mucheng painstakingly detailed the situation of the troupe, saying: "The current troupe is a party-led group, and the people who act are actors, not 'drama boys', and they have wages, freedom, and equality between men and women." ”

Fan Zehua's mother was still not at ease, saying: "Then with Zehua, there are not two other people, why don't you let them go too?" ”

Commander Chen listened and smiled and said, "Ah, the troupe has picked talents, not pulling people." Zehua really has more talent than others, so I came to the door. ”

After Chen Mucheng's repeated explanations, Fan Zehua's mother reluctantly agreed.

In the middle of the summer of 1953, Fan Zehua finally embarked on the road of art as he wished. Since then, after diligent study and hard work, coupled with the importance that the troupe attaches to her, she has sent her to Beijing, Shanghai and Sui for further study many times. Finally, Fan Zehua lived up to the expectations of everyone all the way, and finally ushered in the success of performances such as "Lu Lin Hui", "Liu Mingzhu", "Orphan of Zhao" and so on, until he entered the capital to perform, was received by Premier Zhou Enlai, and called him a "quality Chinese actor. ”

In the traditional culture of the mainland, the spirit of "justice" and "righteousness" in the pursuit of fairness and justice is an important part, and this spirit of advocating self-denial in order to benefit the public, subordinating personal interests to the public interest, and emphasizing "fairness" and "justice" has played a great role in the cultivation of group consciousness. Chen Mucheng's insight into the "pearl" embodies this spirit of fairness, justice, and meritocracy. There is Chen Mucheng's fairness and justice, meritocracy, Fan Zehua's artistic achievements, and the advent of the popular classic chao drama "Liu Mingzhu" and other fine works. In today's selection and employment of personnel, there is still a need for an employment environment with fair opportunities and fair rules, which is conducive to the cultivation and emergence of talents.
