On the eve of the event, the children approached Lixia from the picture book, and through the travel stories of "Belle and Her Family", they had a certain understanding of lixia's festival knowledge, cultural and historical stories, important agricultural activities, and interesting folk customs.
During the event, children start the summer with a variety of games. Some of them painted on eggshells, hung good wishes and simple children's hearts on their chests to welcome the arrival of Lixia; some prepared various colored ropes, according to the methods taught by the teacher, they concentrated on knotting, threading ropes, strings, and weaving egg covers with plates and eyes; and some carried out "egg protection" games, so that children could experience the hardships of being parents in the game.
