Roewe iMAX8 EV adopts a battery pack called "Zero Fuel Battery Technology" to lay out the cells in a lying position, and through the use of high-tech high-temperature porcelain flame retardant materials, it can achieve physical isolation, so as to ensure that after a single cell is thermally out of control, it avoids the domino effect and does not affect the surrounding area; at the same time, the automatic pressure relief explosion-proof valve can actively relieve pressure and prevent gas injection, adding double insurance for battery safety. The Roewe iMAX8 EV is equipped with a ternary lithium battery pack with a capacity of 90kWh, which can achieve 550km endurance and fast charging from 30% to 80% in 30 minutes.
