An Italian voice actor may have given some spoilers to The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild 2.
Pietro Ubaldi, who voiced Daruk in the original game, was interviewed by fan site Lega Hyrule and revealed some important information.
Ubaldi has been recording new games for Nintendo recently, only to find out that he voices not only Daruk, but also Daruk's ancestors in the sequel.
However, Daruk, one of the Four Heroes, has ended in the previous game, and it is not clear who this ancestor really is.
Ubaldi doesn't remember the ancestor's name (although he clarified that it wasn't Dahlkel), but he said the role was more "serious".
Since the news leaked, Zelda fans have begun to speculate about what that means.
Will these characters only appear in flashbacks or crossovers? Or is the game's story set in the "Ancient Times" of the timeline? Judging from the videos that have been seen, whether the game development has entered the later stages.
Who is this ancestor? Whether it will be unknown, it sounds like the game took place during the Cataclysm 10,000 years ago.
Regarding the progress of the game, Zelda Legend: Breath of the Wild 2 was recently postponed until next spring.
"As previously announced, the adventure story of this sequel will not only take place on the ground, as in previous games, but also in the sky," the game producer said.
"However, the expanded world doesn't stop there, and you can enjoy a wider range of features, including new encounters and new gameplay elements."
