At the event, 10 "most beautiful baiqi bases" and 10 "most beautiful baiqi people" in shicheng town were also evaluated.

At present, more than 18,000 acres of Baiqi are planted in Shicheng Town, of which 458 households and 1,936 people are engaged in Baiqi planting in Fangshan Village, the main producing area, with a planting area of more than 10,000 mu, and the average annual income of each household planting Baiqi has reached more than 20,000 yuan. In 2023, Chongyang County will strive for the support of the Central Special Lottery Community Chest, build a new 1,200 acres of Baiqi planting base in Shicheng Town, and build a Baiqi digital seedling base, Baiqi exhibition center and Baiqi processing factory, realizing the development of the whole industry chain of Baiji.
According to Cheng Shiqing, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and mayor of Shicheng Town, Chongyang County, "Shicheng Town uses the purple flower sea of 10,000 acres of Baiqi base to create a cultural and tourism integration, so that the people can increase their income through planting, and at the same time promote the sales of special agricultural products and the development of farmhouses through tourist sightseeing."
