On the fitness trail of Nanyuan Forest Wetland Park, a 2.5-kilometer low-carbon walking activity is underway. "We have prepared a unified environmental protection T-shirt for everyone, and also set up a variety of interactive links such as environmental protection knowledge quizzes and carbon footprint photo check-ins at sports stations, forest book houses, visitor centers and other points, hoping to let participants understand the importance of energy conservation and carbon reduction in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere." In order to let the concept of green and low-carbon development penetrate into buildings, enterprises and campuses, relevant persons in charge from Beijing Jingqiao Thermal Power Co., Ltd., Fengtai Innovation Center, and Beijing No. 12 Middle School shared their experience in energy conservation and carbon reduction at the event.
"By using composite materials that meet the requirements of environmental protection and thermal insulation, the indoor heat loss of the building can be effectively reduced. The main plant adopts a noise-reducing and sound-absorbing design, and the roof is designed with a natural lighting skylight, which can save a lot of lighting electricity every year. Wu Dongwen, Secretary of the Party Committee and Executive Director of Jingqiao Thermal Power Company, said in the sharing that energy conservation and emission reduction are not only related to the sustainable development of enterprises, but also the practice of the concept of ecological civilization construction.
"We will seize the opportunity of the Energy Conservation Publicity Week, and from the 13th to the 19th, we will focus on holding a series of green and low-carbon activities to build a consensus on energy conservation and carbon reduction in the society." According to the relevant person in charge of Fengtai District, this low-carbon campus activity will bring energy-saving and low-carbon concepts into the campus through theme creativity, invention works, theme essays and other forms. It is hoped that after students are further exposed to the knowledge of energy conservation, they will be able to plant the seeds of energy conservation in their hearts and exert greater energy in the future.
In addition, Fengtai District also carried out energy-saving and low-carbon student volunteers to enter the building, and encouraged the energy-saving renovation of buildings by distributing energy-saving materials, establishing energy-saving publicity corners and energy-saving science display boards, so as to promote energy-saving work in all walks of life. In recent years, Fengtai District has adhered to the in-depth implementation of Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization and actively promoted green and low-carbon development. Completed the filing of 25 projects such as the rooftop distributed photovoltaic project of You'an Building in Fengtai District, with a record capacity of 7366.76 kilowatts and a total investment of 35.9319 million yuan, and since the "14th Five-Year Plan", the energy consumption of 10,000 yuan of GDP in the district has decreased by 12.26%.
Aerospace Hydrogen Energy successfully independently developed the core equipment of the large-scale hydrogen liquefaction system of the first continuous conversion heat exchanger in China; Jingfeng Thermal Power Co., Ltd. completed the declaration of the first (set) major technical equipment at the municipal level for the complete set of equipment for the 100-megawatt all-vanadium flow battery energy storage system; Shell Zhihui relies on digital sensing and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies to continuously promote the digital transformation of energy and promote the development of the industry. Fengtai District continues to strengthen low-carbon technology innovation and continuously cultivate and expand new forms of green industry. 12 scientific research achievements in related fields have won the Beijing Science and Technology Award, and the number of high-level incubators at the national and municipal levels has reached 23, ranking second in the city.
At the same time, Fengtai District actively encourages enterprises and social units in the district to carry out energy-saving transformation, decomposes energy-saving targets and tasks during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period to various industries and key energy-using units and carries out energy-saving assessments, strengthens energy-saving management of key energy-using units, and formulates and issues the "Implementation Plan for Carbon Peaking in Fengtai District, Beijing" to accelerate the realization of regional energy-saving goals and tasks, promote regional green and low-carbon development, and promote carbon peak and carbon neutrality in an orderly manner.
The South Central Axis International Cultural Science and Technology Park, which has been renovated and upgraded on the basis of Dahongmen Garment Trade City, has been rated as an advanced low-carbon technology pilot through centralized scheduling and refined management of the smart energy management and control platform, making full use of renewable energy, maximizing building energy conservation and carbon reduction, and building a zero-carbon park. It is estimated that compared with conventional energy methods, the annual reduction of carbon dioxide emissions of the South Central Axis International Cultural Science and Technology Park alone can reach 3,116.15 tons, providing an effective demonstration for the "double carbon" transformation of the existing park.
