Italian Zelda fan site Lega Hyrule recently spoke with Pietro Ubaldi, an Italian-speaking actor in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wilderness, and although Uvaldi can't remember many details, he makes it clear that he dubbed the ancestors of Dalker, one of the game's four heroes, in the sequel.

Asked about Dahlkel's ancestors, Ubaldi said: "Yes, unfortunately I don't remember his name. He said this ancestor was a little more serious than Dahlkel. According to the assumptions of fan site Lega Hyrule, the Breath of the Wild sequel focuses on Dahlkel's ancestors, which could mean that the game takes place during the Cataclysm period ten thousand years ago. If this is true, then the Link we see in the Breath of the Wild sequel trailer is actually an ancient hero. Another possibility is that Link travels back in time to the Age of Cataclysm, but paradoxically, the ancient hero Link and Link from Breath of the Wild are actually the same person.

It's unclear when the sequel to The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wilderness will go on sale next year.
