Rumor: "Wind Wand HD" and "Twilight Princess HD" landed on the Nintendo Switch in October

In 2021, there have been multiple rumors that The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Wand HD and Zelda Legend: Twilight Princess HD will land on switch, and now industry insider Jeff Grubb has revealed the approximate launch time in his blog show: Nintendo will release these two works in October 2022.

Jeff Grubb pointed out that since the release of the Nintendo Switch in 2017, Nintendo has launched a Zelda series every year. In 2017, Nintendo released The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wilderness, in 2018 launched a series of spin-offs "Zelda Matchless: Hailar All-Stars", in 2019 remake "The Legend of Zelda: Weaving Dream Island", in 2020 spin-off new work "Zelda Invincible: Apocalypse of Doom", and in 2021, the remake of "Zelda Legend: Sword of Heaven HD".

With the release date of the sequel to The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wilderness being postponed to spring 2023, Nintendo may fill the gap in 2022 with The Wind Wand HD and Twilight Princess HD, which could be bundled or sold separately.

The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD is an HD reset of Wii's Zelda Legends: Twilight Princess, which improved the game's graphics and supported Amiibo, and landed on the Wii U platform in March 2016.
