Carrefour announced that on May 1, carrefour Wanli store in Shanghai's Putuo District officially resumed offline business at 3 p.m., providing dual-line guarantee services for surrounding residents; RT-Mart Fengxian store has resumed offline business; Wal-Mart has resumed online business and provided community group buying services in more than 80% of its stores in Shanghai, including Tianlin store, Lingyun store, Yangxing store, Songjiang Songhui Road store and Shiwan store; METRO Shanghai 8 shopping malls have resumed online business.
Retailers return to work "six steps"

In order to ensure supply, major retailers have basically not stopped online business, but in view of the shortage of manpower, most physical stores have been suspended since April. After the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce put forward the relevant requirements for the resumption of work and production, in the prevention zone, eligible retail stores have gradually resumed business after evaluation and relevant procedures.
"To resume the operation of physical stores or strengthen online business, we must increase the number of people, otherwise it will not be able to support the store business." "Every day, lunch and dinner are eaten in about 10 minutes, and sometimes there are meetings in the evening to report on work. At 8 o'clock or even after 10 o'clock in the evening, there will be goods, and we continue to receive the goods. There is a detail, there used to be a special warehouse to store goods, will put the goods on the warehouse board, to the store after the unloading with a hydraulic truck is very fast. But now in order to save logistics capacity, the goods are directly to the store, the store assumes the function of the warehouse, but it requires employees to move the goods down box by box. Unloading can take several hours, and for the sake of epidemic prevention and safety, we wear protective clothing throughout our work. In half a day, the protective clothing was already wet. Although it is very hard, Ren Songping and his colleagues are still persevering.
After unloading, it does not mean that you can wash and sleep, but start reconciling and preparing for the next day's shipment.

There are many retailers like Ren Songping.
