Divine | Park Hau Dong Da: This stele set a precedent for the "Epitaph of Zhang Heinu"
The Eastern Han Dynasty Lishu fine collection "Xianliang Fangzheng YunZi Zi You Remnant Stele", was engraved in June of the second year of the Han Dynasty (115). The stele is divided into two sections, and the lower part of the "Yun Zi Zi You" remnant stone, stored eleven lines, lines ranging from six to nine characters, a total of seventy-eight characters. In the upper paragraph, the remnants of the "Virtuous And Virtuous Fangzheng" are stored in twelve lines, ranging from seven or eight characters, a total of ninety-three characters. The remnants of the "Yun Zi You" in the lower section were excavated earlier, and were excavated in April of the third year of Qing Jiaqing (1798) next to the Ximen Leopard Ancestral Hall in Fengle Town, Anyang, and soon transferred to the Anyang Confucius Temple, and later moved to the Luoyang Cungu Pavilion. It is now in the Anyang Cultural Center. It is one of the famous "Four Kinds of Anyang Remnant Stones". The remnants of the "Xianliang Fangzheng" in the upper section were excavated in Anyang in the second year of the Republic of China (1913) and are now in the Tianjin Art Museum.
This stele is a fine work in the Eastern Han Dynasty, with a pen of Junli Jinda, skimming paintings and "goose tails" are clear, large multiple presses and then light lifting, the strokes are raised, slightly stagnant and rough. The knot is tightly knotted up and down, the left and right are open, dense and not lacking in a natural state, the layout is sparse and elegant, it is a work of the mature period in the development of the Eastern Han Dynasty, but compared with the later period of uniformity, peace and subtlety, it is a little more frank and pure, simple and thick. After excavation, it has always been highly evaluated.
Kang Youwei commented on this stele in the "Guangyi Zhou Shuangji": "The Remnant Stone of Ziyou has a clumsy shape, and the gas is thick and deep, and the pen is quite strong, and the "Zhang HeiNu Stele" is from the out of it. And every time the calligraphy is difficult to fall, although the clouds fall backwards, this is also meaningful. If you want to be a model, you should still seek it from the Han Division. "It is believed that this stele set a precedent for the "Epitaph of Zhang Heinu".
Guo Shangxian commented: "The knot body is between the "Han Shu" and "Zheng Gu", and the books in the early years of Tokyo are like this, looking at their ancient and weak, and the loss of strength after the Wei and Jin dynasties." He also said: "This book jumps and throws in all directions, washing away the Tang people's habits, but it is not plain and slightly deaf." ”
Han Li is an insurmountable joint in learning Lishu. Because the most mature, complete and classic stele of Lishu is all in the Han Dynasty, the Han stele is the pole of Lishu and the peak. Therefore, the study of Lishu must start from the Han Tablets, so as to obtain its ancients, its laws, and its gods.
