Notice that all crew members disembarking and returning home are required to undergo pre-check-in ART testing
1. According to the relevant policy arrangements, from now on, all crew members who have newly disembarked and returned home (including on-board crews for offshore operations or maintenance, and cruise ships, etc.) are required to make an appointment in advance and conduct rapid antigen (ART) testing within 6-2 hours before the departure of the flight at the designated testing point at Changi Airport.

2. After this adjustment, all newly disembarked and returned crew members should carry out health isolation and pre-departure testing according to the requirements for the testing and isolation of crew members disembarking to China in the embassy's testing notice to China (notification link: http://sg.china-embassy.gov.cn/lsfw/26511/202110/t20211030_10403937.htm), and submit relevant materials to apply for a blue health code. And hold a valid blue health code and a negative ART test certificate before check-in to check in.

The Embassy reminds the relevant crew, crew management companies and shipping agencies to pay attention to the policy adjustment and understand in advance the entry and quarantine policies of Singapore's transport and maritime departments.
