The vivid imitation of the human condition writes the unavoidable bitterness and coldness of life, allowing readers to taste the true life experience and life situation that ordinary people cannot say; the meticulous portrayal of human psychology writes the trembling of the character's soul, the incomprehensible psychology and the contradictory emotional world; the thorough understanding of life, the struggle between life and entering the world, the common yearning for the truth of a life and the common yearning for liberation and the wisdom to cope with it, is already an immortal masterpiece.

It is said that Baoyu is an idiot, but in fact, this is "written from the world's will" (the fifth fat batch). Good flowers are not often blooming, good scenery is not often charming, the last days of the Jia family "decline has been full of eyelashes", although there is still a seemingly beautiful sunset evening scene, but the internal dark tide is turbulent, the flow of time, the vicissitudes of the world, the melancholy of personnel changes, like a lingering nightmare, in fact, from the moment Baoyu was born, it was more deeply shrouded in his life course than other ordinary people.
This is not an era that belongs to him, so he can only "seem silly as crazy", mixing in the fat powder team all day long, is to "love", but also "from the beginning of love to finally enlightened" (the seventy-seventh lipogram), in the love of feelings, but also in the love of growth.
His greatest wish was only to be able to live with these sisters in the Grand View Garden, but he will gradually understand that the streamer is easy to throw people away, and the beauty cannot last after all.

He has also struggled, so he seems to have been resisting growing up, hating his daughter to get married, hoping that life will always stay in this moment of youth blooming, just like the father who chases the sun, trying in vain to save the sun that is destined to fall west.
After listening to the dialogue between Baoyu and YouShi, Li Feng, etc., Xi Luan, who was "the young man doesn't know the taste of sorrow", smiled: "Second brother, don't say this, when the sisters here are indeed out of the cabinet, the old lady and wife are also lonely, and I will come to be your companion." However, Li Yiyoushi and others who have experienced the experience of the adult world and are about to bid farewell to youth and accept the baptism of the adult world immediately use cruel reality to break her youthful innocence and laugh one by one: "Girls don't say stupid words, don't you go out?" The Grand View Garden of Youth will eventually become the illusion of yesterday, this is the unforgettable life tragedy of the Bao Dai Chao Xiang generation, Bao Yu is only one of the few people in the Grand View Garden of Youth who understands the spiritual wisdom of this immutable philosophy earlier and more deeply [Note 1]; "the young man does not know the taste of sorrow", and one day she will have to bid farewell to youth, and she who "knows all the taste of sorrow" will presumably feel as emotional as Baoyu.
In fact, what Bao Daichao Xiang and others have experienced and Xiluan and the four sisters are about to face is the fate that people of all eras must face-one youth will eventually pass away, and the cruel adult world gate will be like a black hole to suck all the people who have arrived at this time into it, there is no escape, there is no way back.
Fortunately, each generation still has the memories of youth, cherished in their own lives, becoming their own spiritual homeland, when youth is no longer, have to drift alone with scars on the rugged road, these memories of youth will warm people's way forward.
When the prosperity is also as withered as the youth of the Grand View Garden, Baoyu should be in a moment of contemplation, remembering the girlfriends who were like flowers in the Grand View Garden when the youth and joy of yesterday were in a moment of contemplation, remembering the innocent promise that a girl once warmed his youth that he would pass away but did not fulfill, and the Xiluan at that time was probably also wandering in a certain corner of the world, running day and night, and she should also remember the autumn night, the promise that passed away with the wind, when the night was quiet.
Growing up means that youth is constantly passing, and it also means that the adult world is getting closer and closer, but no one resists growing up. The youth of one generation will soon arrive at the station, and the youth of another generation will begin. On the red dust ancient road that is always bustling in the past and the present, similar sorrows and joys are always staged, and the appearance of Xiluan and the four sisters, especially Xiluan, makes "Dream of the Red Chamber" transcend a specific era and writes about the profound sadness and helplessness that people in all eras must experience. Therefore, the little Jia family, under the pen of a genius literary magician, is actually not small, it reflects all the times and all the lives.
The author has gone through many vicissitudes in the era that does not belong to him, so he is pessimistic about the world and life, and has a considerable degree of nihilism. The second time, Jia Yucun said that he and Ning Rong were the same sect, but they came from the Eastern Han Dynasty Jia Fu, which also implied that prosperity was like smoke, youth was like a dream, everything was illusory, everything was "Jia", and the cycle "fu" began. But to think that the author is desperate would be very wrong, because this is the truth of the world and of life.
The author understands all these truths, but still has a ardent love and vision for the world and life, otherwise, there would not be such a great legend that condenses his life's work. This immortal tome freezes his deep love for the world and life, and Fat Pi points out that Baoyu is the author's "self-containment", and Baoyu is the most important carrier of this kind of fraternity of the author.
Just like Deng Lin, who finally turned into a watchman, Baoyu, who felt in love and grew up in love, has gone through all the winds and moons and waves, and will eventually reach the highest realm of life in the author's mind, becoming an immortal beacon that leads people in all times to suffer and sea.
What kind of realm is this? Baoyu has two one-one Zhen and Jia Baoyu, and the twenty-second lipogram points out: "If Xue and Lin are zhenyu and Jia Yu read books, they will not lose the purpose of the writer." Jia Baoyu, who should be seen as Daiyu, eventually became a "unsympathetic" love monk, and the love monk Jia Baoyu was born with the heart of entering the world, with Buddhas in his heart, all the people, and compassion for heaven and man, just like the leper monk and lame monk who appeared from time to time in the illusion of the Red Chamber, "pointing out the number of people in the sea of psychedelic illusions" (the third fat batch). Zhen Baoyu, who should be seen as Baochao, has gone through all kinds of hardships, and will eventually enter the world with the heart of birth like Baochao, not for material constraints, not for kitsch, but for its own high level [Note 2].
We can't each become such extraordinary and holy love monks, but on the ancient road of red dust, we can ride the skinny horse of fate, carry the "Xue Baochao"-style wisdom left to us by the author, stand up to the cold west wind of the world, and march towards the end of the ultimate happiness of life, even if youth is no more, even if the crows are desolate, even if the sunset is clear.
