IT Home learned that Chery Automobile said that this also means that the Tiggo 8 series has become the fastest model of 500,000 medium-sizeD SUVs and 7-seater SUVs of Chinese brands. As a model under Chery Automobile's "big single product" strategy, the Tiggo 8 series was launched in April 2018.
Sales data shows that Chery Automobile sold 60,273 units in March 2022, an increase of 14.4% year-on-year; sales in the first quarter of 172155 units, an increase of 25.9% year-on-year; flagship SUV Tiggo 8 series global sales in the first quarter reached 41,066 units, an increase of 14.2% year-on-year.
On March 31, the Tiggo 8 PLUS Kunpeng e+ was officially launched, the first Kunpeng DHT super hybrid technology, priced at 155,800 yuan to 171,800 yuan. As of now, the number of orders has exceeded 7,000 units.
