But the grass and trees withered and withered again, and the mutated virus made a comeback, breaking the unique scenery of this silent spring. From the city to the countryside, we witnessed a series of hurried anti-epidemic group portraits, which is a different kind of spring ploughing compared with the prosperity in the fields in previous years.
"The end of Pingwu is The Spring Mountain, and the pedestrians are outside the Spring Mountain", this year there is a lot less wild fun due to travel restrictions, but the anti-epidemic and spring ploughing are still harmoniously changing between the mountains and rivers. The apricot blossoms bloom when they are warm and cold, then the peach red willow green, the cabbage, bitter vegetables, elm money, poplar mangzi and other times retreat, the most intense expectation is the "only this green" toon. We are talking about the Tsubaki tree in Murakami as a tree, not the Haruki Murakami tree as a human being.
My little village sits on a sunny slope, and every household has some more or less toon trees, and the toon buds that emerge every year can fill the long-empty bottles and cans. But before filling, always have to have a few meals of fried toon, give back to the New Year only to have the expensive as oil pyrotechnic gas, I only remember, when I was a child, the fried toon, less oil noodles, children directly can't wait to grab and eat, adults want pancakes rolled up a few meanings, is it not fragrant to eat only fried vegetables? Isn't the drunkenness meant to be Tsubaki? Non also, care about the barren years willing to give, reluctant between also.
Recently, my father dug up large bags of green onions, leeks and toons from his hometown, and marked them separately, so that it was clear who to give and who to give. Vigorous and fragrant toon, green and red, different thicknesses, a look is not broken on the same plot of trees, the father is like a number of family treasures, red is the back slope, tender is the east of the wall, the length is ten acres of land on the side of the road, the mother also thoughtfully said, there are still a few trees in the old house, the tree is too high, or many years do not break, now there is no rare. In fact, like these old and decaying trees, many trees in the village, such as persimmon trees, soft dates, almond trees, and hawthorns, have long become tree species that people turn a blind eye to, only because they cannot give their fathers and fellow villagers a rich "money" process.
Mother let me buy a few packs of coarse salt kneading toon pickles, but ran all over the large and small supermarkets, almost can not see the coarse salt, want to come to the right, the people's demand for nutrition has long been greater than the practical considerations, in addition to the special industry also has a demand for coarse salt, I am afraid that only toon buds and this preference, as if toon naturally does not like fine salt, both can withstand coarse salt rubbing, but also into the taste evenly and stored for a long time.
Chinese eating toon has long been a habit, and the Han Dynasty spread throughout the north and south of the river. But the status of toon is far less than apples, cherries, peaches, chestnuts, walnuts, and even less than the peppercorns that have been eliminated by the times, it is only an embellishment in front of the house and behind the house, a short-lived embellishment. But toon buds are rich in nutrients, frying, frying, frying, mixing does not change its fragrance, used to say that the spring onion mixed with tofu, in fact, toon mixed with tofu is the taste buds of the hometown walking. Wang Zengqi once wrote about toon mixed with tofu: "Tender toon head, bud leaves are not comfortable, the color is purple and red, the smell of the aroma is fragrant, into boiling water slightly blanched, kneaded with fine salt, waiting for cold, chopped into small pieces, mixed with tofu, a few drops of sesame oil." One entrance, three springs do not forget. Wang Zengqi wrote "Grass and Trees on Earth", the brushstrokes are there, the elegance and customs are appreciated, this paragraph describes how many wanderers can shorten the return date, for example, after the recent "sealing" of Shanghai, there must be tens of thousands of returnees who will face the long-lost toon and shed tears.
Corresponding to the toon, there is also a kind of ailanthus that emits a pungent odor on its leaves, branches, and pollen. No wonder that in ancient times, only toon was called "Tsubaki", and Ailanthus was called a tree, which is what Keiko said to Zhuangzi: "I have a big tree, and people call it a tree... Large and useless, all go together" tree, its ugly appearance, wood tumors coiled, branches convex and concave and twisted, completely out of line with the rules of rope and ink. But "three spring flowers only the tree, february warbler cry is the old crow", for the tree, "useless use" is its greatest use, there are many similar useless woods in nature, useless things, can go with the flow of its destiny.
People coexist with grass and trees, and many have temperaments that can be compared. For example, Ziwei, the six-petal crumpled petals make people feel pity, and Bai Juyi also said that it "monopolizes the summer scenery of Fangfei and does not entrust the color to the spring wind." "Taking Ziwei as a girl's name once flooded and stretched endlessly, invariably implying the expectation that the girl would become a phoenix and become a gege. In contrast, in the name of Tsubaki Tree, I only know that the Haruki Murakami as heard above is not a Tsubaki tree, and I have never seen Toon directly as a name, maybe there are, but there are certainly very few. Tsubaki tree branches are thin, shaped and bone-like, resembling juvenile youth, Tsubaki trees are diverse in wood grain after adulthood, rich textures are vivid and natural, and the furniture made is also valuable, just like the adult world is colorful but impermanent.
"Shandan dan flowers blossom and fall, year after year..." The time for toon to become a pet is extremely short, after breaking a few stubbles, the young branches and leaves of the toon become hard and old, all without tasting the effect of new taste, but the branches will still be firm through many spring and autumn. "Zhuangzi Getaway" has: "In ancient times, there were great Tsubaki people, with eight thousand years as spring, eight thousand years as autumn", so there is the saying of Tsubaki, and the extension of "Chun Xuan and Mao, Lan Gui Qifang", is probably the unchanging vision of the ancestors, the mountain is a journey, the water is a journey, the spring breeze passes by, and the unique fragrance always reverberates between the five internal organs and the six intestines.
