Last week, when I talked to a friend about number porting, I tried the mysterious code: "CXXZ# name # ID number", and sent it to the operator (China Mobile: 10086, China Telecom: 10001, China Unicom: 10010), and then you can receive feedback from the operator.
Since I didn't want to transfer the network, I didn't care too much about the "national family network" service (in fact, someone else added me to his family short, which needed to be operated by the other party to cancel), unexpectedly, in less than a minute, I received a call from 10086, asking if I wanted to handle the number portability service, what was the reason...
My main number tariff is an early package, 58 yuan per month basic tariff (1GB of traffic + 150 minutes of call) + 20 yuan of traffic package (10GB). Mobile customer service took the initiative to propose to me to modify the tariff, which can be changed to the 58 yuan package unchanged, and then help me "apply" for a 1 yuan traffic package, including 30GB of general high-speed traffic.
That said, I could spend $19 less per month, but get an extra 20GB of traffic. Fortunately, I have more eyes, asked whether there is a commitment to the network time, customer service told that there is a one-year commitment period, before the expiration of the natural can not carry the number to the network.
A few days later, I also received two calls from the operator, and once again proposed a tariff of 39 yuan and 10GB + 100 minutes for selection, which is also the need to promise time on the Internet, saying that I am a little moved.
Once you send "CXXZ", the operator will soon use various ways to retain you by sending phone bills, sending traffic, etc. The only thing is that the service of the gift is time-sensitive, and it must expire before it can be transferred.
