The parents of these children go out to work all year round, and the elderly play a guardian and education role, often feeling more than enough and not enough. Now the "Children's Heart Harbor" is built in the village, and we are also very relieved to have a "mother" to accompany you to do homework and learn things, and the children have fun. The grandmother of the left-behind child Xiaowen said with a smile.
Meizhai Village's "Children's Heart Harbor" is open for about 1 hour a day from Monday to Friday afternoon after school, and about 7 hours a day on weekends. Xiao Meiqing, a caring, responsible and passionate young local mother, said, "Some left-behind children don't like to talk and are unwilling to express their ideas. As a child mother, I will take the initiative to communicate, accompany them with my heart, pay attention to their physical and mental health, and make them more positive and optimistic."
It is reported that this week, the "child companion mothers" in Meizhai Village actively established a warm atmosphere for more than 10 left-behind children present, so that the children could cooperate with each other and feel trust, and fully enjoy the pleasure of the weekend.
Huichang County's "Children's Heart Harbor" position aims to care for rural left-behind children, give them emotional care, and provide them with a good place to learn and play, and since the beginning of operation and use, the position has been unanimously affirmed by parents and children.
