After completing the disinfection of the outer surface, open the door, start the engine idling operation, set the air conditioning temperature in the car at room temperature, set the circulating air volume to circulate inside, close other windows, leave only one window leak, insert the hose of the ozone generator into the gap and then seal the fixed hose with scotch tape, and then open the ozone disinfection machine, the ozone is continuously poured into the interior of the car, and the circulation fan in the car will distribute the ozone disinfectant to the inside of the ventilation ducts in the car. The operation time of conventional ozone disinfection is about 30 minutes, which can be adjusted according to the space size of the vehicle. During the operation, the owner needs to pay attention to the engine conditions, and some vehicles may have problems such as poor heat dissipation or high water temperature if the engine idles for too long. The reason why it is recommended to be carried out in the evening is to prevent the greenhouse effect during the day, so as to avoid spontaneous combustion of the vehicle overheating; do not idle in a closed garage with poor ventilation for too long to avoid the risk of carbon monoxide poisoning. Although in theory, the hydrogen oxide disinfection machine can also be used for gas disinfection, but this disinfection machine uses 30-35% hydrogen peroxide, which is a dangerous, explosive control chemical, and its disinfection cost is too high and is not suitable for the general public. Ozone disinfection only requires electricity, no other consumables, and has better economy and safety.

Scientists in Australia and other countries have found that the new crown virus has the shortest survival time on copper door handles, so foreign countries have removed beautiful stainless steel door handles and changed them to traditional copper handles. The author believes that the cost of this operation is too high, the replacement of the door handle needs to be re-opened, and the mainland copper resources are small, need to import a large number, and the replacement of copper door handles is not suitable for China's national conditions. The authors tried a lower-cost alternative: it was cut with copper foil with conductive adhesive backing and pasted on the office doorknob, and after 2 years of use, the copper foil on the office doorknob was still intact, but the copper foil would be oxidized brown by the air, but it was not worn. This copper foil with conductive adhesive backing was originally used for high-frequency electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding grounding in the gap of the chassis and hinges at a low cost. If you do not have high aesthetic requirements, you can try to wrap the door handle with this cheap copper foil tape, and the thickness of the copper foil tape is about 0.06-0.03 mm.
