Notice on the Collection of Calligraphy Fine Art Photography Handicraft Works

In order to build a platform for the integrated development of culture and art in Xinzhou, enrich the cultural life of the disabled, display the cultural and artistic achievements of the disabled, and show the achievements of the development of the disabled in the new era, the Xinzhou Disabled Persons' Federation and the Xinzhou Municipal Federation of Literature and Literature intend to jointly hold an exhibition of calligraphy, art, photography and handicraft works with the theme of "Acura for the Cause of the Disabled and Welcoming the 20th National Congress of the Party" during the National Day of Assistance to the Disabled in 2022, and at the same time select outstanding disabled works to participate in the exhibition of calligraphy, art, photography and handicraft works of the disabled in Shanxi Province. The four major categories of calligraphy, fine arts, photography and handicrafts are now collected for the whole city, and the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. Organizational units

2. Purpose of the activity

Through the collection of calligraphy, fine arts, photography, handicraft works, the establishment of a cultural and artistic platform for the integration of the disabled and the platform for the disabled to participate in social life, discover artistic talents with a high level of disability, carry out the cultivation of artistic talents for the disabled, enliven the spiritual and cultural life of the disabled, promote the employment and entrepreneurship of the disabled through multiple channels and forms, arouse the care and help of the whole society for the disabled, and the enthusiasm and love for the cause of the disabled.

3. Activity time

(1) Call for works: March 15, 2022 to April 20, 2022

(2) Selection of works: April 20 to April 30, 2022

(3) Exhibition of works: Complete the preparations for the installation before May 10, 2022, and hold exhibition and display activities during the National Day for the Disabled. According to the preparation, some authors are invited to participate in the opening ceremony.

4. Requirements for works

The content of the work should focus on the theme of the activity, have distinct characteristics of the times, mainly reflect the great achievements made by the disabled under the leadership of the party and the sense of gain, happiness and security of the disabled to get rid of poverty and enter a well-off society, reflect the disabled people's love for the party, love the motherland, love life, positive and enterprising, optimistic and upward life attitude and self-esteem, self-confidence, self-improvement, self-reliance of the spiritual outlook, reflect the understanding and respect, care and help of all sectors of society for the disabled, show the beautiful life of the disabled in the new era, and display the artistic talent of the disabled.

(3) Photography: The shooting location of the work is in Shanxi Province, single frame, group photo (less than 8 pictures), black and white, color can be, the submitted work is JPG file format, the long side is not less than 3000 pixels, the file size is not less than 5MB, and no border shall be added. Submitted works shall be expressed in a documentary manner, and shall not be subjected to post-synthesis processing to change the content of the original shooting scene. Each photo in the submitted work should be accompanied by a text description, and the group photo should be accompanied by a group photo description. The photo description must clearly and in detail the background of the creation, the story of the characters, the characteristics and meaning of the times, and tell the story behind the lens well, and must not make up fiction. The photo caption does not exceed 50 words.

(4) Handicrafts: cutting (engraving) paper, clay sculpture, carving, lacquerware, straw and vine weaving, beading, embroidery, etc. can be. The works do not exceed 3 meters, the weight does not exceed 150kg, easy to move and transport, please indicate the size and material of the works (arts and crafts works are only for the disabled to submit to the exhibition, excellent works are recommended to participate in the August provincial exhibition).

V. Precautions

(1) The work must be original, it is strictly forbidden to plagiarize and plagiarize the works of others, it is strictly forbidden to infringe on the copyright of others, and once discovered, the qualification for participation is cancelled. If the work has been published, please note the description in the registration form. In the event of a copyright or other rights dispute, the author shall bear the responsibility.

(2) All works must have an appropriate title and the number of words shall not exceed 15 Chinese characters. Calligraphy and fine art works must be in the lower right corner of the back of the work, and the title of the work, the author's name (which must be consistent with the ID card), gender, age, ID card number (the disabled person provides the disabled person's card number), correspondence address, zip code, contact number and selection and delivery unit in pencil. Authors of photography and handicraft works must provide the above information separately.

(3) The organizers of this exhibition, the Municipal Disabled Persons' Federation and the Municipal Federation of Literature and Literature, have the right to use, publicize, exhibit and publish the works collected this time. Participants are deemed to have voluntarily endorsed this statement. If you need to return the works after the exhibition, please specify them when submitting.

(4) County-level works are uniformly collected and submitted by the county (city, district) Disabled Persons' Federation (photographic works are sent to the mailbox), and works of Xinzhou Special Education Schools are uniformly submitted by the school, and individual submissions are not accepted. Each category of disabled works in each county (city, district) of the four major categories of works shall not be less than 4, and each author shall not exceed 2 works of the same major category, and the same person may participate in the exhibition and evaluation of different major categories of works. Calligraphy, fine arts, and paper-cutting works of each disabled person shall be submitted in duplicate (one for municipal mounting and one for the provincial exhibition without framing).
