After several discussions, Ma Jun quickly found that Chen Yun's memory was amazing. This is written by Chen Yun himself, and the end of "23 days" is a clerical error, which should be the 24th.
Looking at this leave slip, Ma Jun was excited. Chen Yun did not have any shelf of the central chief, and his organization was very disciplined. In fact, he could completely let the secretary do the work for him and call Ma Jun. This leave slip was cherished by Ma Jun throughout his life.
Chen Yun is strict with himself and strict with his children.
In 1968, Chen Yun's youngest daughter, Chen Weihua, was assigned to Huairou to work as a primary school teacher in a commune. When she first went, she was homesick. Once, instead of a weekend, she braved the rain to walk a long mountain road and had a hard time getting back to her home in Beijing. Later, Chen Weihua was admitted to Beijing Normal University. After graduation, under the influence of Chen Yun, she voluntarily gave up her job with superior conditions in the government department and became an ordinary history teacher.
Chen Yun asked his children to achieve the "three no's": they were not allowed to sit in his car, they were not allowed to read his documents, and they were not allowed to enter his office; they also had to do two things well: read well and be good people. Chen Yun, who is a daily strategist, personally lists the required reading books for the children, follows the good examples, and guides the children to read. The youngest son, Chen Fang, recalled his father: "He never deliberately let us live according to any standard, did not let us work according to the ideas he set, but created a relaxed growth environment for us." He used to tell us that we should 'not only be superior, not only books, but only reality'. ”
