Later, Dai Yu was unhappy because Xiang Yun said that she was like a drama. Bao Yu looked at Him to persuade him to make peace, and at the same time offended Xiang Yun and Dai Yu. Bao Yu suddenly became a sandwich biscuit, and both ends were angry, and they did not feel discouraged.
At this time he saw the Taoist Nanhua Jing (i.e., Zhuangzi):
There are sayings such as "the skillful work and the wise worry, the incompetent have nothing to ask for, they are full and travel, and if they are not tied to the boat", it is also known as "the mountain wood is self-satisfied, and the source is self-stealing".
What is said is that dexterous people will do more, and smart people will think more. If you don't ask for anything, if you eat vegetarian (not very demanding on eating), you can play around like a boat without a tie. It is also said that useful trees will be cut down and clean springs will be scooped dry.
Bao Yu felt that "Parasitic Grass" meant that life does not bring death and does not bring it. The South China Sutra is a disparagement of doing things and doing things, advocating a life of letting go and carefree, which is in line with his wishes.
Bao Yu was angry with the two girls at the same time. Discouraged and lazy, with the idea of monasticism. Wrote a note:
You testify to me, and you testify with your heart. Is there no evidence, Skoyun proof. There is no cloud proof, it is a foothold.

"Parasitic Grass" says that without me and without you, those who listen to him will not know you. Just do it and come and go without obstacles. In a daze, it is not affected by sorrow and joy, and the distance of any relative is only talked about. What was busy for before, now it's really boring to think about!
When Dai Yu saw this, he was afraid that his heart would fall into the evil way, so he pulled Bao Chao and Xiang Yun to persuade Bao Yu, so he asked the soul question:
"Baoyu, what's so expensive about er?" What's the point? ”
Dai Yu asked very well, and Bao Yu couldn't answer (if he couldn't answer immediately, it meant that he didn't have the talent to enlighten Zen, and Dai Yu cut off his distractions), but it didn't mean that Bao Yu didn't.
In the literary works before "Dream of the Red Chamber", the image of men is a hero on the battlefield, such as Guan Yu Zhang Fei, or a good man in the green forest, Wu Song Li Kui and others, who seem not to eat fireworks in the world, and have no seven passions and six desires. Until Jia Baoyu appeared, Cao Xueqin created us an image of a man who knows how to respect and care for women.
This "expensive" is rare and expensive. Among the many men in "Dream of the Red Chamber", Jia Baoyu is an exception.
He was dissatisfied with Jia Lian and the like:
But he knows that he pleases himself with sexual pleasures, and he does not know how to be a fat powder.
He had a lot of respect for girls, even slave girls, he would be a little low and willing to serve them. In his eyes, the spirit of heaven and earth is all about women, and men are just scum. He is the concubine of Jia Fu, and the whole family regards it as a treasure, especially when he was born with jade in his mouth, plus only he looks like his grandfather, Jia Mu is very precious to him.
His preciousness, he did not value these external things, he thought in his heart is "the equality of the world." When I first saw Lin Daiyu, I hated it:
"Now there is no such a fairy-like sister (jade)."
To break that lifeline is a precious idea.
Between heaven and earth, people are the most expensive, and the preciousness of Baoyu is that he treats people as people, especially girls, so he will sympathize with Xiangling, cherish Ping'er, care for Qingwen, love Daiyu, protect Fangguan who sings and other performances.
The fairy goddess said that he was the first person in ancient times, and he was not a vain name.
Jia Baoyu seems to be weak, but in fact, his heart is tough and firm.
Just the time he was beaten, that is, the teenage child, Jia Zheng's violent beating, Jia Baoyu's skin opened the flesh, and he couldn't go out for several days, but he didn't cry at all, did he kneel down and beg for forgiveness? Even when his sisters and sisters all went to visit him, watching them cry one by one and be very sad, he was secretly happy in his heart.
Why does Baoyu behave like this? It's because he thinks he's not at all wrong. With the support of such a belief, he does not accept softness, does not bow his head, and how tough his heart should be.
His values have always been firm, even if many people oppose it. He has always despised shitu, there are many people in the book who want to change him, Jia Zheng's stick and cold words, the surrounding yakuza attacking people, Xue Baochao, Shi Xiangyun have all persuaded him, but he is not at all moved, it seems that oil and salt can not enter.
Xue Baochao's expression ability is good enough, but because he persuaded Jia Baoyu to read, Baoyu didn't care if Baochao's face passed, he took his feet and left.
Similarly, when Shi Xiangyun, who had a good relationship with him and grew up with him, persuaded him to take his meritorious name to heart, he also turned his face categorically, issued an eviction order, and did not give any face.
Baoyu, who usually has a soft intestine to the girl, is very stiff these times, because it touches his bottom line. Even Lin Daiyu's persuasion:
"You've changed everything from now on."
He also replied:
"Rest assured, don't say anything like that. I will die for these people, and I am willing! ”
Still didn't say yes. Jia Baoyu went away because of Lin Daiyu's extinction of dust, no matter that he had ever taken the examination for fame and fortune, gave up the prosperity of red dust, and resolutely became a monk, which was also a manifestation of his firmness, strengthening his initial belief in his heart, and adhering to a piece of infatuation with Lin Daiyu.
