Dominate the island in shiny 4K resolution
Publisher Kalypso Media and in-house development studio Realmforge Studios are proud to announce that Island Tycoon 6 now supports native 4K resolution on the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S platforms. In addition to the main game, Island Tycoon 6 - Next Generation Edition will also include two DLC, The Camel of Wall Street and The President's Pack, with additional missions, construction, and decorations.
His Excellency the President will expand his sphere of influence on the console platform and provide a purely tropical island experience – the beautiful beaches of the Tropical Republic and the crystal clear panoramic sea will relax his eyes. Players will span 4 different eras and hold firmly to the future of the island and its islanders. Play as a dreaded dictator or peace-loving politician, balance politics, infrastructure, and economy, and work to create a vast tropical island paradise — at least for the president. In the included Wall Street Camel DLC, players can manipulate the stock market in a big way to influence the island economy (and then leave His Excellency the President full). Building new industrially-promoting buildings, changing the value of goods, influencing travel costs, and facing random economic events that may put even the most resilient dictators to the test.
Island Tycoon 6 is now available on the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S platforms. The cult city-building game was previously released on PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch, and PlayStation 4 and Xbox One players who already own the game could upgrade their 4K resolution versions to continue their dominance on the island.
