Due to the high requirements of Hanfu production for the texture, pattern and color style collocation of cloth, in the past, some difficult fabrics they bought from the Internet, but the fabrics bought from the Internet are difficult to distinguish whether the texture is suitable, and the price is higher, the cost is difficult to control, so taking advantage of the rest of the day, Zhu Li and partner Liang Yuming came to the cloth shop in Yulin City to select materials. Zhu Li, 39, a xingye person, is currently a warehouse manager in a clothing and electric store and has a 17-year-old son who is in high school. She said she could try it, and we met. Liang Yuming said that he first came into contact with Hanfu when he needed to wear Hanfu when participating in dance performances in high school. Before meeting Julie, he ran to almost all the local tailors to change a sticker collar, but the clothes were not only not changed, but also almost changed the clothes. Unexpectedly, Zhu Li, who set up a stall, changed to make him quite satisfied, so the exchanges between the two "fellow robes" gradually increased.
From changing clothes to making Hanfu
"There is a teacher in a nearby school who is a Hanfu enthusiast, because of her petite size, the Hanfu purchased online is not big or it is not good to do, often a few pieces of several pieces to get me here to modify, before and after a total of more than 20 pieces, which allowed me to slowly accumulate some understanding of Hanfu production." Zhu Li said that she also gradually liked this retro outfit, and used her leisure time to learn to make some simple Hanfu and accessories hair accessories, etc., and occasionally wore Hanfu to sell her own Hanfu ready-to-wear clothes and Hanfu accessories hair accessories near the school.
When running a milk tea shop, Zhu Li met several senior Hanfu enthusiasts from Yulin, and after the exchange, she learned that they were senior members of the "Yulin Area Han Cultural Exchange Group", so she also actively joined the group and met more Hanfu enthusiasts in participating in some group activities.
Later, Zhu Li rented a small single room of less than 10 square meters in Xingye City as a studio for sewing and modifying clothes, and coincidentally, this studio was not far from Liang Yuming's home. Liang Yuming liked Hanfu in recent years, but also bought a lot of Hanfu online, but due to limited funds, can not afford to buy those expensive and gorgeous clothes, in the continuous improvement of some of the existing Hanfu at the same time, he gradually came up with the idea of designing and creating a brand, so he found Zhu Li to talk about the idea of cooperation, two also keen on Hanfu "tongpao" hit it off and became partners.
Although Zhu Li can tailor, she is not sensitive to the color collocation of various parts of Hanfu, nor is she good at designing the layout of Hanfu and opening up customer channels, and Liang Yuming's arrival just makes up for this shortcoming. Because the two are using their spare time to start a business, using a limited circle of friends to publicize and receive orders, and the starting capital is also very limited, their entrepreneurial road is very difficult, but the strength of cooperation and mutual assistance also allows the two to see the prospects and hopes of Hanfu business.
I hope to make Hanfu production the main business
After the cooperation between the two, Liang Yuming often worked as a model himself, posted a lot of hanfu produced by the studio in the circle of friends, and developed the business of customizing hanfu from the circle of friends. At the same time, through the interaction and exchange with the "fellow robes", I observed and learned the wearing of Hanfu and designed many new styles. Zhu Li tailored Hanfu according to Liang Yuming's design ideas according to the size of customers. The two often discussed in the studio how to make a better looking Hanfu, and their "works" slowly gained a certain popularity in the circle of friends, attracting many Hanfu enthusiasts to discuss exchanges and chat together.

Liang Yuming said that they start from every small detail, although they use different fabrics with different textures to match, or adjust some of the details, but the overall shape style of Hanfu will not change, "because many of the Han elements on Hanfu are fixed, but there are many different forms of expression." ”
Despite the difficulties of starting a business, this entrepreneurial dream that incorporates their interests and hobbies has also brought them a lot of gains. They not only learned more about Hanfu through study and study, but also had more understanding of fabrics and cloth patterns and embroidery drawings, and their small studio often gathered five or six "comrades" who also liked Hanfu. "Whenever I finish making a Hanfu, I feel a great sense of accomplishment." "My biggest hope is to take this side business as the main business, and build this brand into a Hanfu brand that more people know and more people like in the future, so that Hanfu can be spread more widely."
