As we all know, under the wave of rapid development of new energy vehicles, both car companies and the state are vigorously promoting the popularity of new energy vehicles. On March 22, the National Development and Reform Commission and the National Energy Administration issued the "14th Five-Year Plan for Modern Energy System". The plan points out that by 2025, the sales volume of new energy vehicles will account for about 20%. Optimize the layout of charging infrastructure, comprehensively promote the coordinated development of vehicle piles, promote the two-way interaction of energy and information between electric vehicles and smart grids, and carry out pilot demonstrations of new charging and replacing field stations that combine light, storage, charging and replacement.

The plan mentions that we should adhere to ecological priority and green development, strengthen the clean energy industry, implement renewable energy substitution actions, and promote the construction of a new power system, and by 2025, the installed capacity of nuclear power operation will reach about 70 million kilowatts, and the installed capacity of conventional hydropower will reach about 380 million kilowatts. At the same time, the main goals of the construction of the modern energy system during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period are divided into five points: more secure and powerful energy security, remarkable results in low-carbon energy transformation, significant improvement in energy system efficiency, significant enhancement of innovation and development capabilities, and continuous improvement of universal service levels.
In addition, it is planned to comprehensively promote the large-scale development and high-quality development of wind power and solar power generation; actively promote the development and utilization of rooftop photovoltaics in industrial parks, economic development zones, and other areas, and promote the integrated application of photovoltaic power generation and buildings; and carry out demonstrations of hydrogen production from wind power and photovoltaic power generation。 Encourage the construction of offshore wind power bases, and promote the layout of offshore wind power to deep-water and far-shore areas。 Actively develop solar thermal power generation。
