According to reports, Haikou photovoltaic hydrogen production high-pressure hydrogenation integrated station is built by Haima Automobile in cooperation with China Aerospace Science and Technology Group, the whole station covers an area of 2500 square meters, mainly composed of water electrolysis hydrogen production device, multi-stage booster, high / medium / low pressure hydrogen storage tank, 70Mpa / 35Mpa hydrogen refueling machine, cooling system and control system.

The station has a hydroelectric hydrogen production capacity of 50 square meters per hour, and can produce about 107kg of "green hydrogen" per day. The external hydrogen tube bundle truck can fill up to 250 kg/day, and the subsequent filling capacity can be extended to 500 kg/day to meet the high-pressure filling needs of 100 hydrogen fuel cell passenger cars per day.

IT House learned that the electricity needed for water electrolysis to produce hydrogen will come from a 5 MW rooftop distributed photovoltaic power station in haima automobile plant. The project will be completed in the first quarter of 2022, using the model of "spontaneous self-use, surplus electricity on the Internet", through the "green electricity" to produce "green hydrogen", to achieve "photovoltaic power generation electrolyzed water to hydrogen hydrogen fuel cell vehicle operation" zero carbon emissions in the whole industry chain.
