Speaking of Lin Yueqin, many people may be unfamiliar with her name, but her other identity can be said to be well known to the world, this is Comrade Lin Yueqin, who is the wife of Marshal Luo Ronghuan, who has successively served as deputy director of the office of the General Political Department of the People's Liberation Army, member of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, and other positions.
However, the theme of our article today is not to count the brilliant revolutionary deeds of Lin Yueqin's predecessors, but to tell a very meaningful thing that happened in her later years.
Because Lin Yueqin, through her own appeal, restored her identity to a well-known general in the history of our army, this person is Chen Guang.

The second reason lies in her husband Luo Ronghuan, as we all know, Chen Guang and Luo Ronghuan had a long period of contact, especially in the 115th Division into Shandong, the two of them formed a deep friendship, in this case, Chen Guang as a good comrade-in-arms of her husband Luo Ronghuan, Lin Yueqin stood up for him is also reasonable.
Of course, Lin Yueqin admires Chen Guang's ability in itself, and is even more sympathetic to some of his encounters, and now that her husband Luo Ronghuan has been dead for many years, he has helped his former old comrades-in-arms restore their reputation, which has become Lin Yueqin's duty.

In fact, the history of General Chen Guang is very glorious, and if according to his military merits, he can be said to have no less meritorious service than that of marshals and generals, which can be seen from his previous positions.
As early as the late stage of the Agrarian Revolutionary War, he served as the acting commander of the Red First Army, when Lin Biao was transferred to the Red Army University as the president, so the commander of the Red First Army was vacant, and then the central leaders thought of Chen Guang, why him? Because the absolute main force of the Red First Army, the Red Second Division, was the unit commanded by Chen Guang.
