Audi did not explicitly disclose the timing of the production versions of the pure electric A6 and A6 Avant, but mentioned in the press release that the PPE platform works are expected to be in mass production in 2023.
Audi in the development plan of electric vehicles, first by the domestic published e-tron, e-tron GT to take the lead, and then in 2021 published Q4 e-tron and Q4 e-tron Sportback, these works are based on the MEB (Modular Electric Drive Matrix) platform developed by its own group, and Audi and Porsche jointly developed a high-end electric vehicle platform PPE. As the first pure electric station wagon, the Audi A6 Avant e-tron Concept, its roof line after the B-pillar is of course very different from the A6 e-tron Concept, in addition to creating a rear luggage space, there is still a slight downward tightening of the smooth feeling, showing Audi's usual sporty style, the rear bumper design under the rear of the car, which highlights this feature. The entry-level model will have the strength to accelerate from standstill to 100 km/h in 7 seconds, while the performance version can be completed in 4 seconds.
