The first stock of AI on the science and technology innovation board is coming!
On March 17, Geling Deep Pupil was officially listed on the Science and Technology Innovation Board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
The stock code 688207, the issue price is 39.49 yuan per share, corresponding to a market value of about 7.305 billion yuan.
According to the previous prospectus, the IPO Geling Deep Pupil intends to raise about 1 billion yuan.
Among them, 345 million yuan was used for the artificial intelligence algorithm platform upgrade project, 155 million yuan for the artificial intelligence innovation application research and development project, 200 million yuan for the marketing service system upgrade construction project, and 300 million yuan for supplementary working capital.
It is worth mentioning that it broke at the opening of the market today, down nearly 4%. As of 11:30, the stock price is 38 yuan per share, and the market value is about 7 billion yuan.
Visual perception starts
Geling Deep Pupil, founded in 2013, started with visual perception, was once recognized by all parties' capital, and at the beginning of its establishment, it received tens of millions of dollars in financing from Ceyuan Venture Capital, Sequoia Capital, Zhen Geben, etc.; but it also once lurked and faded out of the public vision.
According to the official website, the company's main technology landing direction is the application of computer vision and big data, providing artificial intelligence products and solutions for urban management, smart finance, commercial retail, sports and health, rail transportation operation and maintenance and other fields.
Founder Dr. Yong Zhao graduated from the Department of Computer Engineering at Brown University, specializing in computer vision and computational imaging. Prior to founding Glaing Deep Pupil, he was a senior researcher at Google Headquarters Research Institute and was a member of the founding team of Google Glass.
In November last year, the Geling Deep Pupil Science and Technology Innovation Board successfully passed the meeting and planned to be listed on the Science and Technology Innovation Board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange, with Haitong Securities as the lead underwriter of the company.
During the reporting period, the top five customers of Geling Deep Pupil in 2020 were agricultural bank, Shang BoXin, Zhongjin Silver Profit, Yi Hualu and Chaoyang Development and Reform Commission, accounting for 19.36%, 11.55%, 10.8%, 9.86% and 6% of the main operating income of the current period, respectively, and the total sales amount accounted for 57.57% of the main operating income.
In the past three years (2018-2020), Glend deep pupil has achieved commercial realization, with revenue of 51.96 million yuan, 71.21 million yuan and 240 million yuan respectively, with a compound growth rate of 116.12%.
In terms of R&D investment, the cumulative three years are 280 million yuan, accounting for 77.37% of the cumulative operating income in the last three years.
As the first listing of AI shares on the science and technology innovation board, this is a new beginning for Geling Deep Pupil.
