According to the news on December 17, according to the results of the 97th review meeting of the Listing Committee of the Science and Technology Innovation Board released by the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2021, Loongson Zhongke Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Loongson Zhongke") successfully passed the IPO of the Science and Technology Innovation Board.

The Listing Committee asked two major inquiries on the spot, asking Loongson Zhongke to further explain the latest progress of the matters involved in the company's and core-core Hong Kong arbitration, the impact on the company and the company's response measures, and whether the company's relevant information disclosure was sufficient.

In addition, the Listing Committee also asked Loongson Zhongke to explain whether there was an intellectual property dispute between the company and Longxin, and whether the company's relevant information disclosure was sufficient.

On June 28 this year, the Shanghai Stock Exchange officially accepted Loongson Zhongke's IPO application for the Science and Technology Innovation Board. At the same time, Loongson Zhongke's IPO prospectus (filing draft) was also officially disclosed.

Loongson Intends to issue no more than 41 million shares on the Star Market, and the proportion of the total share capital after the issuance is not less than 10%, and the offering does not involve a shareholder public offering. The total amount of funds to be raised is 3.5 billion yuan, of which 1.25 billion yuan is planned to be invested for advanced process chip research and development and industrialization projects; 1.05 billion yuan is planned to be invested for high-performance general-purpose graphics processor chip and system research and development projects; and 1.2 billion yuan is proposed to be invested to supplement working capital.

According to the data, Loongson Zhongke was established in 2010, the main purpose is to market the Loongson processor developed by the Institute of Computing of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the latter has been around for 20 years, mainly "Loongson No. 1" small CPU, "Loongson No. 2" CPU, and "Loongson No. 3" large CPU.

Among them, Loongson 3 series is mainly for desktop and server applications, the latest product is Loongson 3A5000 series, single core performance increased by 50%, power consumption reduced by 30%, compared with the domestic CPU using imported technology in the performance of obvious advantages.

On April 15 this year, Loongson officially released its autonomous instruction system architecture "Loongson Architecture", referred to as "Loongson Architecture" or "LoongArch", which has passed the evaluation of domestic third-party well-known intellectual property evaluation agencies.

LoongArch includes the infrastructure part, as well as the vector extension LSX, advanced vector extension LASX, virtualized LVZ, binary translation LBT and other extension parts, a total of nearly 2000 instructions, and does not include the MIPS instruction system previously used by Loongson.

LoongArch has the characteristics of complete autonomy, advanced technology and compatible ecology, it can also be compatible with MIPS, ARM, x86 and other instruction sets at the same time, the translation efficiency of MIPS instructions is 100%, and the translation efficiency of ARM can reach 90%.
