According to the official release of the trailer, BMW's new 7 series has undergone earth-shaking changes in appearance, the front face for the first time to use split headlights, the upper part, the lower is the far and near light integrated LED light group.
The size of the ring-shaped flare intake grille has also been further increased, although the height does not look as high as the BMW 4 Series, but the width of the grille has accounted for more than half of the width of the front of the car, which is the widest intake grille in the history of the BMW brand.

Judging from the previous spy photos, the body of the new BMW 7 Series is very slender, which may be further lengthened according to the current trend, the design of the rear window and the C-pillar part has been adjusted, and the hidden door handle similar to the BMW i4 is used. The rear of the car is relatively simple in shape, and there is no use of through-type taillights, and the exhaust also uses a hidden style.

In the interior part, there is no doubt that the new 7 Series and i7 will be equipped with the latest joint screen design of the BMW family, consisting of a 12.3-inch full LCD meter and a 14.9-inch touch central control display, and the car machine system is equipped with the iDrive8 system.

The official also showed new technologies such as the surround interactive light belt in the new 7 Series, the panoramic star-orbit sky curtain and the oversized suspended giant screen in the rear row.

The new 7 Series is expected to continue to be equipped with 3.0T and 4.0T engines, as well as a hybrid version, and a 2.0T engine version will be launched in China, and the transmission system will match the 8AT gearbox. The pure electric version of the i7 will use BMW's latest eDrive electric drive technology to launch three versions of the i740, i750 and i7 M60, equipped with a battery pack with a capacity of about 120kWh.
BMW said that the new generation of BMW 7 Series will be the trump card for BMW to achieve growth strategy in the luxury field, and the new car is the first luxury car under the BMW brand to provide fuel version, hybrid version and pure electric version.
A year ago, BMW rival Mercedes-Benz took the lead in launching a new S-Class executive sedan, and a few months ago launched its pure-electric flagship model, the EQS, in China.
