The three next-generation editions of the Resident Evil series will support archival transfers

Recently, Capcom officially announced that the next-generation versions of Resident Evil 7, Resident Evil 2: Remastered and Resident Evil 3: Remastered will support archiving and DLC transfer.

Officials say that the archives of these three works on the PS4 and Xbox One can be directly inherited to the next-generation version, in addition to the DLC "Banned Footage Vol.1", "Banned Footage Vol.2", "Zoe End" and the free DLC "Not Heroes" in the Golden Edition of Resident Evil 7 also support inheritance to the second generation version.

Resident Evil 7, Resident Evil 2: Remastered, and Resident Evil 3: Remastered Next-Generation editions are expected to launch within 2022, with free upgrades for players who have purchased PS4 and Xbox One.
