Some car owners did not encounter additional charges during the installation process, while some owners were charged thousands of yuan. Where do these fees come from? Who is charging? How can I fix these issues? Recently, the Red Star News reporter conducted a survey of new energy vehicle users who have installed household charging piles within a year, and screened some of the more typical cases to reveal the problems in the current home charging pile installation process as comprehensively as possible.

Thinking about it, Ms. Zhou felt that it was not cost-effective. Therefore, she never cared about the charging pile, she inquired a lot of information on the Internet, and after many recommendations and comparisons, she purchased a charging pile and installation package that met the requirements of Model Y online. If you calculate according to the installation package purchased online, each meter of cable only needs 50 yuan, plus the cost of charging piles, her total cost is only about 7,000 yuan. However, when Ms. Zhou happily waited for the installer to come to the door to install, the other party said that because some of the cable routing areas are super high, so each meter of cable should be charged an ultra-high operating fee of 40 yuan. In this way, the cable that was originally 50 yuan per meter suddenly became 90 yuan, plus the cost of purchasing charging piles, so the total cost of more than 10,000 yuan was calculated, and the cost of Tesla charging service packages was not much different. In the end, Ms. Zhou found the State Grid through the property management to install the "orderly charging pile". Although the wiring is more than 100 meters long, Ms. Zhou only spent a total of 2,000 yuan, which is the least expensive of the three installation methods she has tried. Ms. Zhou clicked on the charging record of the "e-charging" APP, and the reporter saw that Ms. Zhou's most recent charge cost a total of 20.8 yuan, of which the charging fee was 13.46 yuan, the service fee was 7.34 yuan, and the service fee accounted for 35% of the entire cost. On the one hand, Ms. Zhou questioned whether the way of charging "service fees" in the electricity bill was compliant, and also suggested that the charging pile construction and installation unit could give consumers one more choice, such as giving a one-time initial installation fee, and no longer charging a "service fee" according to the charging degree in the later stage.

However, in the name of the invoice issued by the property owner, the "electricity capacity increase fee" became the "enterprise service management fee", which she was also puzzled by.
Since then, Ms. Yan has made a complaint online, although she has been contacted by multiple departments, but without exception, she has said that the state does not explicitly stipulate that the country does not charge such fees for residential properties, and it needs to be resolved through consultation between the two parties, and if necessary, legal channels can be taken. Based on the above reasons, the community will introduce an operator - State Grid Sichuan Electric Vehicle Service Co., Ltd., stationed in the community unified planning, unified construction, unified operation, and responsible for the main line transformation, etc., for the community to form an orderly charging system, charging piles according to the instructions, to achieve peak shifting and valley filling, in order to ensure that the community electricity to meet the needs of car charging.
The community publicity shows that if the "orderly charging project" is stationed in the community, then the cost of building a pile package (including charging piles and installation, low-voltage cable lines and installation) is only 2,000 yuan, and then in use, a service fee of 0.3 yuan per kilowatt hour of electricity is charged.
